Receipt only via email. After a discussion at the checkout because I didn't want to give out my email address, I finally bought it without a receipt.

I bought several pieces of jewelry today. The reduced price (€9) was written on the label of one chain. At the checkout I paid a total of €78, which didn't make any sense. After calculating the price again in my head, I realized that the price couldn't be right. So I went back into the store, the cashier claimed everything was correct, but when she did the math with a calculator, she herself claimed that it was only €60. Afterwards she tried to explain to me that the chain that cost 9€ was mislabeled and that the chain costs 27€ (which I don't believe because the chain was the last one!!!!! So I paid 18€ more!! !!!! (During the payment process, she suggested that I send the receipt to me by email, which I declined, expecting to receive the receipt in paper form. In the end, I didn't get that kind of receipt)

My girlfriend got a set with a necklace and earrings and couldn't return it even though everything was in its original packaging and she had the receipt.
