Very nice! Pre-ordered online. There was very little going on, only a few minutes wait. The two employees were able to remember what was ordered, where it was ordered, where it was stored and didn't have to look once until it was handed over! I still think about this interaction a few months later and am amazed that all of these details were remembered by the employees.

The advice was very attentive and focused, even though I came in impatient and almost grumpy. We bought an unsuitable product and in the wrong color. So: if you need fly screen windows, for example, go to the Danish bed warehouse in Lampertheim!

Very nice furniture and decorations

I bought glass candle holders two days ago, but unfortunately when I got home I discovered that they were crooked (we only saw it after the candles were in them). So put both candlesticks back in the car and back to Jysk. The very polite employee accepted the candlesticks without any problem and asked me if I wanted to see if I could find two that were faultless or something else. I didn't find anything else and no more candlesticks either. Back at the checkout - another colleague. Your statement "usually the label has to be on it otherwise we have to deduct 30%!!! WHAT? As a customer, I buy two candlesticks, mind you, "defective" and have to go to Jysk again to bring the defective goods back and then have to pay 30% if I no longer have the labels that were stuck on the candlestick. I actually assume that I am not being sold faulty goods. I will remove labels that are visible on the product but will no longer buy anything from Jysk. Very customer oriented

The shops in bensheim and mannheim are better.

I was in the branch in Lampertheim today and can highly recommend it. It was a very hot day and a lot of customers to serve. Nevertheless, I felt that I received comprehensive and extremely friendly service. The women had extensive knowledge of all products. I am really very impressed by such commitment, which is no longer a given today. Thank you, I'd love to come back to the great ladies.

I bought two mattresses today and everything was great. The staff was very friendly and competent. I would happily shop here again and am very satisfied.

Excellent advice and service from two young men. After a friendly welcome, the decoration work was interrupted and our questions were answered. The table that was then ordered was delivered on time and assembled by the shipping company. Went quickly and competently, including packaging disposal. Since this item was on sale a week later at a reduced price, we received a corresponding credit note with the delivery note, which we will use to purchase an add-on part! This is how you gain regular customers. We know several branches, LA was the best for us!

Unfortunately very bad, in Corona times you can't go in with your toddler in a stroller. You also have to take a basket, no exceptions. With a stroller and a basket you no longer have your hands free because the aisles are very narrow.
