Sogar außerhalb ihrer Arbeitszeit/meines Termins hat sie sich mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt (längst nicht selbstverständlich!!!) ich bekam immer eine ehrliche und zeitige Rückmeldung zu einem „Problem“. Die Aufklärung war super und ich war sehr glücklich das mir endlich mal richtig zugehört wurde und meine Probleme ernst genommen wurden. Während der Wartezeit hat sogar eine nette Dame im Wartebereich Getränke verteilt.

Bin ohne große Erwartungen am Sonntag zur Notaufnahme gegangen, weil mein linkes Ohr verstopft war. Normalerweise ist das ja kein Notfall und man wird einfach weggeschickt. Glücklicherweise hat alles sehr gut geklappt, der Arzt hat mir ein Medikament verschrieben und ich habe gar nicht gewartet. Bin sehr zufrieden!

Waren heute in der Notaufnahme wegen akuten Schmerzen im Bauch und mehrstündig anhaltendem Erbrechen. Niemand war im Wartebereich, nach nicht einmal 5 Minuten Wartezeit wurden wir aufgerufen. Durch die Bank war das medizinische Personal super nett. Zwei Ärzte haben sich bestimmt eine Stunde Zeit genommen für den Ultraschall und Anamnese, haben sich immer wieder beraten, "kritische" Stellen mehrfach beleuchtet aus verschiedenen Positionen, ruhig alles analysiert. Sie wirkten null gestresst und wir hatten zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, dass hier alles schnell schnell gehen muss und es eine Patientenabfertigung ist. Im Gegenteil, die beiden haben sich auch für den persönlichen Hintergrund des Patienten interessiert, Späße mit uns gemacht und einfach eine angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen.
