Denn schon der Duft versetzte mich ins Basilicata, der Heimat des Patrone, wie ich später von ihm erfuhr. Von dort brachte er einige Rezepte seiner Oma mit, nach denen er heute noch kocht. Gottseidank! Wir genossen dann noch ein Carpaccio, Melanzane repiene und Tagliata di Manzo (auf den Punkt gebraten) bevor wir nach Tiramisu und einem Mandelparfait mit 2 Espressi das Essen beendeten. Es gab bei keinem Gericht etwas auszusetzen und die Espressi waren wie sie sein sollten: klein, heiß und stark.
