This place is nothing like the pictures. Only one outlet worked in the room. Lamp on counter near sink because light didn't work. Guy working had a mouth full of something when talking to me. The pictures are false advertising. I stayed at a few Wyndham hotels, and they are all cheap dumps.

Do not stay here! - Mold in the bathroom of room 132, I will be calling the local health department on next business day. - very dirty room, bugs everywhere - property advertises a pool a the pool is isn’t working. - breakfast is a joke. - Priceline try to help me but the hotel was uncooperative and rude. Hotel staff also told Priceline that they walked in to room 132 and there was no mold or anything wrong with the room when clearly the photos show otherwise. When you look at the reviews seems lots of people have mold issues here. Such a shame this use to be a decent hotel years ago and now it’s not.

Absolutely disgusting!! Facility has been reported to DHEC. Black mold growing everywhere. Room had so much black mold and when I said something they laughed. They even tried to put other guests in the room. When I started to take pictures they ushered me out of the room. So here are pictures of the ceiling and one room. Zero stars. It should be closed down!!! UPDATE to response from facility: With all due respect sir you have not done a single thing to fix the problem. This is a “canned” response that you send everyone who complains. You can review this list of reviews that talk about the same issues. I only said something about the mold since it can be a life threatening issue for someone with certain medical conditions. I didn’t mention the following: Internet broken for entire stay. Pool broke. No breakfast as advertised. No vending machines. No one cleaned the room or gave us clean towels for 4 nights ( I had to go get them myself) Hot water took 10-15 minutes. No receipt for my room as they didn’t know how to print it. My room key had to be reprogrammed every single night because they didn’t know how to. So don’t tell me your sorry. Do something about it!! You haven’t stepped foot in the building. It should be demolished. I also reported you to Wyndham Hotel Managment as well.

Dirty, Dirty. Front desk area and hallway smelled funny. Ceiling tiles were badly water stained. The door to our closet in our room was missing. Had to ask for hangers for the closet. No alarm clock, no coffee pot, no ice bucket. Our bathroom had mold on the walls. The carpet was so dirty that we wore socks all the time and they turned black. Thank goodness we only had to sleep there. This hotel needs a major renovation! Wyndham...do better!

Nearly every aspect of the stay was off. Driving in at night, the sign was not lit, and the hotel parking lot was dark, so it didnt appear open. Pool and ice machines out of order. Pet fee was cash only and for a higher amount than on the sign. Toilet was leaky. Broken light over the sink was replaced by a bedside lamp. Dresser door wouldn't shut. No hot items for breakfast. Avoid this one

The gentleman who checked us in was rude. Wallpaper was coming off the wall. There was a plug-in lamp next to the sink. Talk about an electrical fire about to happen. The response I received from the general manager was not acceptable. Real responses are followed up with action. Read the reviews. The manager’s responses have been the same for months. Do not stay at this hotel. Stay in Lebanon, Lafayette, or Kokomo.

There is nothing good to say about this place!! We checked out early because it was horrible!! Let's starts with the room. The door stuck trying to get in and had to use some forceful weight to open the door. Then the heat didn't blow out any warm air just cold air. The hot water was Luke warm and didn't actually get hot. The room overall smelled nasty. Then let's get to the breakfast. The juices were so watered down you couldn't actually drink them. Then let's get to the bagels, they had a cream cheese container that everyone used to get cream cheese out of. We witnessed a guy use a fork and then kicked the fork and stuck it back into the cream cheese container again. Then the pool didn't work and the signs at the hotel state they are under renovation but I find that to be false. What they need to do is shut it down!! It was reported to the health department for multiple violations and pictures included to go along with it. I filed a charge back with my credit card company for 1 Nighy stay since we checked out early. If your looming for a place to stay, save your money and go someplace else!! I wish we would have!!

This Frankfort, IN location was awfully disgusting. I’m not one to make reviews often, but the room smelled gross, had wallpaper falling off, the carpet was falling apart on the sides. We honestly felt the need to sleep above the sheets. I will also add that it’s in the middle of nowhere and I wasn’t shocked, but my boyfriend and I felt some homophobia. I said I paid for one king bed, he looked at us weird, then put us in a two queen bed room. Very rude and disorganized. I recommend this place be shut down honestly.

If you miss the closest exit, it’s 20 minutes to get back to this place. Brutal at 1am! The room had mold, human waste on the walls and wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Breakfast has nothing set up when we left. Appallingly bad hotel. Safety lock on the door is disabled. Unbelievable!

I would not stay at this hotel even if it was free. It smells horrible, there is mold in the bathroom inside the toilets and the bathtub. The carpet is damp, filthy and smells. The first room we got wasn't even cleaned from the previous people that were there. The towels for stiff from how dirty they are. The people working there don't know how to communicate with you because of a language barrier. I explained the situation and I could not understand a word they were saying. Next time I will be staying in a nearby town like Lafayette. Save your money and do not stay here.

Stinky Poor customer service Internet doesn't work in room. So we had to stay in lobby all the time. Breakfast is a joke.. nothing is there except coffee and cereal and some bread. I have never seen such worst breakfast in any other hotel. Bathroom is soaked with water. Seems the tub is leaking. The management wants to make money out of everything. Requested to print one page and they said $1 for each page. Gym is locked No drinking water except s dusty fountain they showed me. I will never stay here..

I booked a room using points. The stay was supposed to be free. They took $49.50 off my card and I still have no explanation as to why. There was no damage to the room and my receipt for the reservation showed a total due of $0.00. When I tried to call I could not understand anything they were saying and just had to give up. I guess the room was ok. The towels were stiff and kind of thin. Also, be sure to watch the bed edges because the rail was exposed and I hit my ankle and had a swollen bruised ankle for days. If you can got to a surrounding town I suggest that option. I visit frankfort often and I will be finding a hotel in Lebanon or Lafayette in the future.

This hotel was filthy and had a foul odor. Vomit stains on hallway wall, pool shut down & breakfast bar closed! Front desk help can hardly speak English. No manager available to help! Bugs were in our room! Will never stay here again! I'm not one to give negative review!

Walk into room bathroom floor soaked not sure if tub or toilet leaking. Pool closed mold on wall by ac unit. Would give it 0 stars if possible stopped for a quick night sleep and hopes of relaxing in the hot tub but instead looks like I’m stuck with a mess hope the bed bugs stay away!

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! The ceilings and walls had BLACK MOLD on them, carpets were stained and in one of our rooms there was BLOOD on the carpet and in that same room, the bed had been moved from where the headboard was supposed to be mounted (wonder what it was covering up)! We had ROACHES in our room!! The smell was atrocious! The pool had been "under construction" for MONTHS! HOLES in the wall were covered with TAPE! The breakfast was slim pickings and the juice was mostly water! The FIRE ALARM had been pulled and NOT reset! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY!!!!

There’s nothing at all that I can say good about this place. It smells, it’s dirty and moldy. The pool and spa don’t work. The shower fell apart on my wife. The breakfast included old nasty apples and super watered down juice. It’s unfortunate they’re allowed to misrepresent themselves with pictures that are truly at least 20 years old. They should be sued for non disclosure because if they posted pictures of the real conditions they wouldn’t have any customers. I am in shock the health dept. let’s them stay in business, more so that Wyndham and LaQuinta let’s them operate under their corporate umbrella! I don’t enjoy writing a review that’s this bad but this place needs to be shut down period!

The rooms were great for our use. No complaints there. However service needs to be better. We were driving long distance and caught severe weather in the middle of the night that caused us to stop for the night and continue our drive in the morning. I called this location and asked about availability and pricing. I told the gentleman on the phone that i found a lower price thru a 3rd party website and asked if they would price match. He said to come on in and that they would give the same price. When we got there, my husband went in to book and the guy at the counter (said he's the owner's brother) misunderstood my husband and booked us 2 rooms, at a higher price each, instead of a single room with 2 beds. Then he refused to cancel the second room and give a refund. When I tried to talk to him, he said he wouldn't discuss the situation with me and started walking away. I said i would call the police because he's clearly trying to rob us in refusing to refund the second room. That's when he came back to talk. He explained that the system is down and we would have to come in the morning and if they're going to give a refund, they would do it in the morning. I wanted a guarantee and not an "if". He said they would refund us in the morning but didn't leave a note or anything. Furthermore, regarding the price we had agreed upon, he said the guy who spoke with us had left work (within the 15 min it took us to get to the hotel) and this man wouldn't honor the price. My husband was fed up with arguing, so he took the one room. When we had to sign the papers, the guy tried to make me sign for both rooms, which i obviously wasn't going to do. He didn't argue it though. After we got to the room, as my husband was bringing more things from the car, the man had cooled down and did indeed refund the second room. That was way too much of a headache especially considering we were already shaken up from the hurricane/tornado weather.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. I will be calling to get a refund, we moving to Tennesse and needed to sleep. This was rated well on Google. Went in and was charged over 100 a room, 25 for our little mini Golden doodle. Black mold EVERYWHERE, CONTAMINATED POOL, do NOT ever stay here. The room was covered in black mold. I went to the front to get a refund and nobody was there for over 20 min, so I walked upstairs to find about 10 families living up there, all rooms were open kids were walking room to room adults inside cooking meals, the whole place smelled like rotten mold, onions and Curry. Went down to look for the guy still nowhere. I was so pissed we had go pack my kids and leave in the middle of the night, lots of knocks on our door, kids playing at 2am. Again, mold everywhere. Look at pics just inside my room and outside the room. Idk when or what is happening here but its not OK, need to be shut down asap.

You get what you pay for here. Definitely serviceable for a one night stay, my room was fairly clean. However, it’s no Taj Mahal by any stretch of the imagination. The whole place smelled very strange and my room smelled like cigarettes. Slept great though!

Our room was not cleaned well. There was trash left under the vanity and the bath tub faucet wouldn't turn off which caused the noise of running water to be heard all night.

Completely unsafe for personal health and security. Do not visit this hotel. Shady and rude staff that demanded cash for a pet fee which was $5 more than posted on their printer paper sign. Everything was filthy and the entire first floor was quarantined with plastic likely due to the black mold outbreak in the hotel. This place is scary and gave us an unsafe feeling the entire time. We stayed 30min then departed because of all the black mold in the bathroom. I felt like we were in the plot of a horror movie. Time will tell if we are refunded as the staff member said we would be.

Terrible. Molds and smells funky. They don’t have housekeepers. The guy at the front desk will be knocking on the door in the morning to see if u want towels etc. no one will come clean the dirty room. It was my business trip. However no Wi-Fi, no pool, no tv, no AC in the lobby. It was 85 degree outside. (Aug 2023) All the chairs were up in the lobby area so no customers can use it. I requested to use it for a quick chat with my client and they said no because they have to clean the table after. Pretty much they don’t hire professionals cleaners so it’s extremely dirty. I get they wanna save money but come on. Turn the AC on… at least. I booked deluxe suite through Expedia but upon arrival I was told that the room is not available. So they downgraded our room. Room with dusts, blood stains, molds. Never use this hotel again.

SKIP this one. Nasty from the moment you walk through parking lot till you get to your room. Dirty and falling apart everywhere- lobby, hallway and rooms. The bath towels thin and raggy looking. Water was warm not hot which is undesirable on a cold winter's night. Free breakfast was a loaf of bread with a squeeze bottle jelly and plate of cream cheese. Bowl of apples. Really?! The location is in warehouse area, nothing around. And to top it off the front desk was extremely rude - he seemed very upset at having to attend to us in the evening hour. Seriously, skip this one.
