    Very disappointed with this hotel and the night clerk that was running the front desk. First of all, I came into the room and was initially, pleasantly surprised(lights off). I am tired so I turn the lights on and pull the cover back to do my check. The covers were full of stains and cigarette holes. It was very disappointing. Pee and stains all on and around the toilet. Eww. After a long day of work I just wanted to fall asleep. Go down and tell the clerk pictured here that I was not comfortable staying in the room and told him that I am going to decline staying in any other room. He began to yell at me and talk very nasty. I asked him was he angry with me and he said yes because you're not giving us a chance and he knows that his cleaning staff would not leave a room like that. I asked for his name and he refused. Disgusting experience and horrible service.

    On the positive side the desk clerk was nice and we did get to check in early. On the negative side there weren't enough towels for 2 people to shower and the day we checked out we found insulation in the bed so I'm not sure the sheets were changed or washed. I probably won't stay again simply because I don't want to pay to sleep on dirty sheets.

    Was Woke up hours before I needed to because I work late. Nightclerk failed to tell me that they were gonna be working on the roof before 8 o'clock in the morning. Which they should have done in case I wanted to find some place else to stay so I wouldn't be woken up so early. Breakfast is lousy all they have is 2 kinds of cereal white bread. They had one muffin in the tray and milk. There's no juice and no hot food. They also don't have shower hoses in the showers so I had a difficult time cleaning my privates properly. Also, the fridge in the room is too noisy and had a hard time falling asleep because of it.

    Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained. The hotel itself is outdated and shows clear signs of being old (worn down carpet, stains on walls and ceiling, etc). But it looks like they’re making an effort to update things slowly. New, modern bedding and curtains, headboards/pictures, new flooring, USB outlets, recessed lighting. There is a washer and dryer for laundry. Only one that we saw. A vending machine, and continental breakfast, though the eating area is small and shares space with the lobby. Overall it’s not the best place to stay but by far is not the worst!

    Place is a total dump! Looked at three rooms, All stunk like smoke and curried rice,And B.O.. furniture broke, chairs and bed coverings all stained up and gigarette burns in duvet and chair. Ran hot water for over 10 min and just luke warm. Did not stay here, Go to the La quinta down the road!!!! Way better!!! I never said anything about the hot tub being too small, And I originally booked a hot tub room but it was filthy with no hot water. And then you showed me two other rooms that were just as bad. Then after I left you tried to charge my card three times in a row! After telling me you wouldn't since I didn't stay. This hotel needs removed from priceline for bookings as the health department investigates it cleaning practices.

    the hotel itself is dated, but there has definitely been some remodeling. the staff is extremely helpful! the room was clean. just don't plan to feed a family on the continental breakfast 😜

    Bunch of thieves, was staying a month for work, got reassigned after 4 days and they refused to refund my pet fees and attempted to charge my corporate card for the whole month anyway, luckily I had a check out slip, which I damn near had to fight the front desk guy for or I would have had to pay personally for it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Edited to add. OBVIOUSLY I don't expect a refund for the pet fee for the nights I stayed, but I DO expect one for the nights I didn't. Say what you like trying to blame the billing on CLC, but at the end of the day you attempted to bill for days after I checked out, so my assessment of your attempted thievery stands.

    Hallways smelled of cigarettes (they do not allow smoking). Other than that it was a fine stay and the front desk was kind and helpful.

    Hotel smelled too perfumey. Please have your carpet and windows cleaned. Price was cheap enough but some things could be improved. Breakfast wasn’t much at all.
