ROACHES!! ROACHES!!! ROACHES!!! This hotel and its positive reviews are lying to you. Tonight we were passing through and saw the positive reviews and booked a room. We walked in and the room stunk of cigarettes and was not renovated as the owners claimed. The beds were full of burn marks and were filthy. There were visible bed bugs and at least 10 quarter sized roaches were seen before we left. We were in the room for less then 5 minutes. I took video evidence of the bed bugs, roaches, burn marks and filth before going to the front desk and getting a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I've been going to this particular one in general because it's location is great, and kevin in the office is awesome. He will work with you if you are true and honest. The other " manager" Zach , he's a whole different story. He tries telling the guests they can't have visitors during your stay even if visitor is another guest at same hotel. The prices went up to $80/ night from $65 and honestly rooms aren't even worth that amount. They allowed some certain guest that did nothing but stirred up trouble constantly. The son would call the cops on anyone, if he thinks your doing something wrong or if he just wants to tell on someone he will and he gets outta hand. Him and his mom got kicked out once for going against orders, but they let them come back and they keep losing more guests because of them. Zach is not people person at all.

My boyfriend and I come here and stay once a week for at least 1-3 days at a time so we can spend time together before he goes to work. We have NEVER had a problem with management. we have also NEVER found any type of bug. The beds are super comfortable. The blankets keep you very very warm at night. The hotel room itself feels very much like home. It’s a very welcoming hotel. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It’s well worth the money! I just want to take the time to thank the management for being very kind! Every guest that I have spoke to while coming and staying here are also very kind people!

Floors were sticky and wet. Bathroom was a lot to be desired in cleanliness. If I was I in the Frankfort area again, I will be getting a room at a different hotel location.

Nice mgmt. But some issues. Very dirty. Towels had brown spots. Repairs in the rooms were 3rd world quality. Ceiling had water spots. Old mattresses. Bathroom fixtures well out of repair. I can see the building used to be nice but it is quite neglected now.

They are very nice people who manage he motel. They have available rooms. The location is not ideal because of it being on the main drag but then again it's not that bad because there are gas stations right across the road and there is a goodwill right next door now. Plus you have access to a liquor store and dollar general. Shoot you can even get your car washed cause there is a car wash next door. Also a Mexican restaurant right in front of it. So I feel like the location has it's pros and cons.

The rooms are very clean and way underpriced if you ask me... the gentleman at the desk was awesome I was able to pull my semi in with a 53 foot trailer with no issues I feel very safe in this hotel and will be staying here again if I ever have to stay around here again

We spent a week here while on an away job for work. The beds are so soft and comfortable! The shower had plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great. Best part they allow well behaved dogs to stay! So that was why I got to go, because our dog did to. It was almost like a family vacation. Now, the odd parts . They clean with very strong, irritating cleaners that filled our room whenever a adjoining room checked out. Also, we we're instructed to leave the do not disturb sign on the door at all times since our dog was staying with us. Well apparently the front desk didn't tell the maid this, leading to me over hearing two of them complaining that "I wish these people (us) would check out, they haven't ever left the room all week." You would think management would let them know which room's had dogs staying in them. Just to be safe at least. So all in all an odd but good stay

The front desk guy was very nice and helpful. The room rate was reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows we nice. The room was as nice as you could expect for $55 a night. There was a fridge and a microwave. Shower was hot. Heater in the room worked well but the bathroom stayed cold. We did hear the person upstairs walking around all night as the floors were very creaky. Overall pretty good for an inexpensive hotel.

Stayed here for two weeks while working at Frito Lay. The rooms were clean, Wal Mart and plenty of places to eat nearby and the manager has snacks and drinks at the front desk for your convenience. I really enjoyed my stay here

Hotel took my reservation money. But won't let me in the room because they are "booked." I asked, "then why did you take my money if you were booked?" He couldn't give me a straight answer. I then asked for a refund, but clerk said he won't give me a refund. So basically they just took my money. If I was you I wouldn't stay there. Reply to the owner: yes, your rude clerk contacted me 1 hour after your clerk rudely said nothing could be done. That he wasn't going to give me a refund. Contacting me an hour after I already booked somewhere else is not fixing the issue. I asked your clerk several times before I left to give me a refund. Clearly I no longer wanted to stay there. So why even keep calling me an hour later to harass that, "my room is ready." When your clerk knew I no longer wanted the room before I even left.
