My
experience
with
Novita
you
can
describe
with
the
world
-
Reliable.
Let's
face
it,
reliability
is
the
first
thing
you
are
looking
before
dropping
from
1
to
10k
on
an
engament
ring.
All
processes
from
setting
up
a
meeting,
to
the
delivery
were
crystal
clear
and
are
described
on
their
website.
Their
rating
on
the
major
rating
sites
and
google
reviews
are
extremely
good,
which
created
an
intent
from
my
side
to
choose
them.
100%
happy
with
service
and
the
ring.
Below
more
info
on
the
process
and
how
did
it
all
go
for
me:
-
Pre
meeting
stuff:
Their
website
is
great
-
it
offers
a
great
set
of
diamonds
to
choose
from,
bands
etc.
I
did
spend
maybe
2-3
hours
at
least
in
order
to
find
out
what
I
like;
After
I
set
up
a
meeting
and
described
what
form
of
the
diamond
would
like
to
check
and
the
size
too.
I
would
advise
to
write
in
real
detail
what
you
are
interested
in,
specialists
would
prepare
in
advance
and
this
would
save
you
time.
I
requested
4
different
types
of
forms
with
different
CTs
and
they
showed
them
all.
-
Attending
meeting
to
chose
a
ring:
Arranging
was
easy
and
can
be
done
on
their
web
page,
myself
I
booked
LONG
in
advance,
as
I
was
combining
the
show-room
visit
with
my
business
trip
to
Frankfurt
(and
have
included
all
info
about
what
I
needed
described
above).
They
have
a
nice
show-room
in
the
office
building
(it
looks
exactly
like
on
google
photos).
There
you
would
try
out
the
form/bands/sizes
etc.
We
managed
to
find
the
ring
and
stone
I
liked
maybe
in
20-30
minutes.
I
chose
1.34
ct
Pear
form
with
Petite
Cherie
Platinum
Band.
I
did
not
book
the
online
session,
therefore
can't
share
exp
on
that.
-
Ordering
-
you
can
order
the
ring
while
you
are
at
the
show-room.
The
process
would
be
identical
as
if
you
were
ordering
from
home
-->
The
order
would
always
be
done
via
the
website.
Novita
Employee
would
fill
in
the
order
form
while
you
are
giving
details
to
them;
Nothing
specific
to
add
honestly,
just
be
sure
while
paying
by
credit
card
have
the
authorisation
app
ready
in
order
to
confirm
the
transaction
(my
Amex
asked
the
confirmation
for
example).
-
Delivery
-
In
general
,
it
is
written
on
the
web
site.
Delivery
was
done
on
time,
because
of
my
panicking
nature,
I
asked
couple
times
about
the
order
status,
customer
support
were
helpful
and
replied
about
where
the
ring
is.
There
are
no
tracking
of
the
rind,
like
in
the
post,
but
you
can
submit
a
form
on
their
website
and
customer
service
employee
would
reach
out
to
you
and
would
share
the
update.
-
Actual
ring
-
Amazing.
The
box
it
goes
with
-
Amazing;
There
would
be
also
documents
and
some
accessories
that
go
with
the
ring,
but
I
was
not
interest
a
lot
in
those,
as
this
ring
now
belongs
to
my
Fiancé
:)
and
I
gave
all
that
to
her.
Some
Tips:
-
Get
your
important
one's
ring
size,
at
Novita
they
advised
to
go
for
the
smaller
size,
rather
than
bigger
(if
you
doubt
between
2),
and
it
worked,
we
did
not
have
to
do
the
re-sizing.
Zo
it
is
written
that
they
do
re-sizing,
I
did
not
do
that,
so
can't
comment.
-
Do
the
research
before
the
meeting
-
Myself
being
a
quite
un-trusty
person,
I
did
like
a
week
of
research
on
rings,
sizes,
diamonds
lab-grown
or
nature-grown,
and
was
dumping
some
question
the
Novita
employee
and
they
were
knowledgable
about
diamonds
and
were
able
to
give
good
advice
(like
the
one
above
with
ring
size).
Why
to
do
the
research
then?
Just
to
understand
what
do
you
need
-
what
clarity,
size
etc
you
want.
But
do
not
worry,
if
you
don't
have
time
-
they
have
plenty
of
materials
on
site
and
would
share
with
you
and
would
be
willing
to
explain.
-
From
the
previous
post,
you
might
wonder
-
do
they
push
for
the
highest
price
sale?
Or
try
to
give
a
good
advice?
In
my
case
they
tried
to
give
the
best
advice.
Novita
gave
different
Diamonds
to
view
from
1.2
CT
to
2CT,
I
did
not
detect
any
pushing
towards
more
weight
ones,
as
you
know
from
above
I
chose
1.34CT
in
result,
others
were
just
too
huge.
The
band
selection
was
totally
up
to
me
too;
Platinum
suggestion
was
backed
by
Novita,
as
it
takes
less
care
comparing
to
w
gold.
I
took
it
:)
Happy
shopping
all!
