    Today I had the honor to jump into a BJJ GI lesson hosted by 4th grade Black Belt Oscar Zevallos Ortiz. It was a quick but very essential training. He is a kind and very respectful teacher / trainer. I rolled with some very friendly an good guys. Special Thanks to Oscar and the other Holistic staff / members for having me. Alexander

    Great place to train with some great athletes and coaches. If you want to learn trending jiu jitsu techniques such as leg locks you have to train here! 😉
