Ahhhhh!!! This place is soooooo good to have burgers and my favourite SußKartoffel fries!!! If burgers are your favourite food then you must visit this place but if you are not a burger fan even the you should go visit this place because they’re amazing 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Ambience? Too good Staffs? Super friendly Price?? They’re totally budget friendly!!!😉 Oh BTW, They have good vegetarian burgers as well

You love burgers? Then you definitely need to try those! The meat patty is of excellent quality and fries are accompanied by homemade sauces. One of the best burgers in Frankurt.

I got this place recommended by a good friend and as we were in the neighbourhood today, thought I'd give it a try. We had to wait too long to order given but luckily our food was ready rather fast. The beer was good and the burgers looked top notch but unfortunately the meat was dry and definitely not juicy (as mentioned on the menu). Yet, you could taste all ingredients were fresh and the combination was also very tasteful - all in all 3/5 stars.

Ich habe gestern bei Heroes angerufen und mir einen Piqué Burger mit Pommes zum abholen bestellt. Der Burger war wie versprochen 15 Minuten nach meinem Anruf abholbereit. Der Burger war sehr lecker, und vor allem die Kombi mit Parmesan und Jalapeños hat echt super geschmeckt. Pommes habe ich nach dem Burger verspeist, und die waren dank der guten Verpackung noch warm und crispy. Insgesamt ein super Burger, preislich okay (vielleicht etwas teuer), Service nett.

Es war göttlich. War da mal vor Jahren und dann ab und zu mal bestellt. Muss ich öfters hin. Wirklich nichts auszusetzen, von Preisen, Location bis hin zu Geschmack, Service, alles 1A! Das Essen kam sehr schnell, die Bedienung war sehr schnell & freundlich. Kein Amateur, eher eine Maschine die am laufenden Band Burger im Restaurant verteilt hat. Man hat das Gefühl das der Laden sehr gut besucht ist und alles wie am Fließband läuft und die Prozesse stimmen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr außergewöhnlich und man hat so richtig das Gefühl das der Laden schon lange existiert und schon lange erfolgreich ist und viel Mühe dahinter steckt. Die einzige Sache die ich persönlich besser machen würde: Die Karten. So cool sie auch aussehen, sind sie nicht so nutzerfreundlich. Schwierig zu lesen, keine Bilder, zu bunt und unübersichtlich. Ich habe mein Handy gezückt und mir die Karte über Ubereats angeschaut, mit schönen ansprechenden Bildern und großer einfacher Schrift. Menschen sind faul und unter einem Candy Burger kann ich mir nichts vorstellen, bis ich ein Bild vor Augen habe. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Nice place. The burgers are actually not the best part. Meat not that good and highly questionable toppings... Why alioli on nearly every burger? Trying to cover the mediocre ground meat?... Damn. NEVERTHELESS. Ribs and especially the coleslaw AMAZING! Very nice place and good service. Always worth a visit!

Not so great. :( Sad story short: The meat was still too red, small pieces almost raw. The sweet potato fries weren't crispy at all and didn't taste good. We thought it must be superb because of the ratings but were disappointed. Didn't finish the burgers or fries.

Heroes Premium Burgers absolute must go if the area. Great ambience , friendly staff and quick service. Though the place is a bit small you do get a place to sit as well as good pricing for the quantity that you get. Recommend all in all.

Prices are fair, service is great, meat portion a lot, only thing I feel is the bun is a bit dry. Fries are good, but sauces are limited I guess to avoid wastage. Other than that, overall good experience in a small little corner.

The food, the drinks, and of course the super hero theme make this place one of a kind. Our kids love this place and so do their parents. The Fat Joe did not disappoint.

Tasty burgers and fries! We got the Ivy Pepper and Dirty Pain (actually spicy and so good!!) Both burgers were delicious. Fries were cooked perfectly. Great and welcoming service. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Einfach ein gelungenes "Restaurant". Bedienung freundlich, zuvorkommend, Qualität der Speisen einfach richtig gut. Wartezeit auf das Essen war auch echt nicht lange. Kommen gerne wieder

Meiner Meinung nach "Best Burger in Town". Super nettes Personal, die Burger sind einfach super, Preise Top. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr Nettes Personal die absolut Hilfbereit sind. Die Burger gibt es verschiedenen Variationen, die auch anders Kombiniert werden können, falls man zb. Kein Rindfleisch essen möchte. Pommes sind selbst geschnitten und Pluspunkte sind die verschiedenen Dips ( Majo, Remoulade, Sour Cream und der selbstgemachte Ketchup, der sehr lecker schmeckt. Nicht zu süß und hat ein leicht fruchtigen Geschmack). Die Preise sind für Frankfurter Verhältnisse völlig in Ordnung und die Größe des Burger kann man auch nicht meckern.

This place has some of the best burgers in Frankfurt. And their good food is not just limited to burgers. The pommes were amazing too! I had the Dirty Pain burger, which I can recommend to those that love spicy food. Be warned however, it really is very spicy!

As an American living in Germany, I occasionally miss an authentic, well-fashioned burger. This place hit the spot. The staff were friendly and attentive. While I ordered in German, I took notice that the staff would talk to many customers in English. Combine the great food (with tasty house made sauces), the service, and the well-planned Super Hero decor, it's a cool little burger joint. It's a bit small, so grab a table early!

If you are a comic book fan, this is the Burger Place for you. Friendly staff, the Burger was great. I had the moonshiner the flavor was awesome. I hope it stays the same for my next visit

We made a reservation and went there for my man's birthday. They were very helpful as to make their dessert(fried ice cream) into a little surprise especially for my love with his favorite superhero. I really appreciated that. The food was tasty, i especially loved the fries they were homemade and very yummy! The sauces were also homemade, you get 3 sauces with each big portion of fries. We got two big portions so they got us 6 different sauces. We got the Fat Joe and the Moonshiner with a few changes in the ingredients. My beef patty was a little greasy for my taste, but i always get a chicken patty in my burgers, so the beef patties might be too heavy for my stomach 😅 Other than that, great burger options, awesome fries and an interesting dessert for the end!

Beautiful cozy burger house, very popular so make sure to make booking in advance. Big menu with options even for vegetarians. Good quality meat and bread, friendly and quick service .

Insgesamt bietet das Restaurant eine positive Erfahrung mit berücksichtigten individuellen Bedürfnissen, saftigen und leckeren Burger sowie clever geformten Pommes, die sich ideal für die Dips eignen. Die Sour Cream Dip ist besonders hervorzuheben. Leider war mein Burger etwas wässrig, vermutlich aufgrund von nicht ausreichend abgetropftem frisch gewaschenem Gemüse, und ich hatte leider das Gefühl, dass einzelne Komponenten im Burger vom Geschmack untergingen. Die Pommes und die Aioli Sauce könnten geschmacksintensiver sein, da sie für mein Geschmack fade waren. Der Preis ist etwas hoch angesetzt. Trotz kleinerer Mängel finde ich kann man Heroes eine Chance geben, um eine eigene Erfahrung zu machen.

Burgers are awesome! Especially adding the peanut butter in the burger was very different. On top, there sweet potato fries with more than 4 different sauces was top notch! Must try when you are in Frankfurt :)

Truly dazzled by this spot , however there was many individuals there and all seemed to appreciate.. The energy was truly cool with superhuman marking all over the place and the server was extremely wonderful and pleasant , in any event, offering a reciprocal coffee on the exit. At last the food was great with a colossal scope of burger choices and sides and great adaptability to trade burgers for vegetarian/veggie options. I staggered on this spot and I'm happy I did , truly cool and would prescribe to any individual who needs a somewhat unique yet fun experience !

Very cool place! They offer a variety of burger patties with multiple vegetarian options (cheese, chickpea patty, beyond meet). I love that the burger bun can be replaced through scrambled eggs. Another highlight on the menu is certainly the fried ice cream. The place is not particularly big, so it is recommended to book a table in advance. The service is friendly and fast. Overall highly recommended!!

Really impressed by this place , maybe because I am a big comic book fan but there was a wide range of people there and all looked to be enjoying.. The vibe was really cool with superhero branding everywhere and the waiter was very pleasant and nice , even offering a complementary espresso on the exit. Ultimately the food was really good with a huge range of burger options and sides and good flexibility to swap burgers for vegan / veggie alternatives. I stumbled on this place and I’m glad I did , really cool and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a slightly different but fun experience !

Nice burger place in theory. But orders from the kitchen should not be placed on a table next to the toilets where customers will pass on the way to or from the toilet before the waiter gets to them. Where's your hygiene?!?!?!?!?!?!

Lovely place to visit with the family and have a relaxing dinner or lunch. Staff are extremely kind and undrestanding. Menu is good and the prices of the items are moderate.

This is an amazing burger place downtown Frankfurt. It is probably located in one of the most lively areas of the city. The restaurant itself is very cool. All walls are decorated with Marvel Super Heroes graphics and designs. The staff is also very friendly and all dressed up with shirts inspired to super heroes. But let’s get to the burgers. They are just amazing. The buns are super soft, the meat is very tasty and all the sauces (home made) are outstanding. They also have a beer with the Heroes label which is brewed for them and it fits very well with the menu and the taste of the burgers. The place is indicated for kids although the restaurant itself is quite small and it is best to book a spot. The restaurant has been named Best Burger in Frankfurt for 2020. Absolutely recommended. The only other advice I can give is not to go for the super spicy burger (the Dirty Pain) because I found it mouth burning and you hardly appreciate any other taste of the burger. All the other patties are simply worth trying. If you are in town and looking for a burger place that’s where you want to go!

Great delicious burgers BUT: they refused to serve us tap water with the words "we don't do that". Only after insisting twice and reminding them of their legal obligation did they bring us tiny glasses of tap water. Purposefully acting unlawfully is VERY problematic.

Exceptionally nice people. The burgers are of consistently high quality with great variations. My favourite is the HBC, fat cut fries with a huge variety of sauces. They have their own app for delivery and takeout, but it's also a nice spot to sit outside. Goto burger place for me.
