This
review
is
for
the
rude
discourteous
treatment
by
the
young
man
working
at
Coffee
Fellows
at
the
Frankfurt
airport
terminal.
Yes
I
can
explained
what
happened.
At
around
3:38
pm
I
bought
fresh
orange
juice
from
your
cafe.
I
then
went
to
sit
at
the
cafe’s
dine-in
area
,so
that
I
can
have
some
snacks
I
had
and
drink
my
orange
juice.
There
were
already
several
people
sitting
in
the
area.
After
just
a
few
minutes
the
young
man
who
works
there
came
and
told
people
sitting
there
that
that
they
are
closed
and
that
we
need
to
leave.
A
minute
later
he
came
back
and
said
the
same
thing
and
then
other
people
left.
The
young
lady
at
the
cashier
told
me
that
they
are
closing
and
I
told
her
that
I
just
need
to
quickly
finish
what
I
am
having
and
that
I
will
quickly
leave.
She
then
gave
me
3
minutes.
The
young
man
then
came
back
in
less
than
a
minute
and
told
me
I
need
to
leave.
I
told
him
that
I
need
to
finish
what
I
am
having
and
I
will
leave
very
soon.
His
answer
was
“no,
I
don’t
want
to
wait
for
you.!”
No
one
had
told
me
anything
about
closing
the
dine-in
area
when
I
went
to
sit
there
neither
the
young
lady
at
the
cashier
nor
that
young
man
and
I
did
not
even
see
him
closing
anything
when
I
went
to
sit
there.
Anyway,
I
left
within
a
minute
,
packed
my
stuff,
and
I
finished
my
orange
juice
while
sitting
at
the
nearby
gate.
I
then
came
back
to
tell
the
young
man
that
I
finished
my
orange
juice
in
less
than
2
minutes
and
that
it
wouldn’t
have
been
too
difficult
for
him
to
let
me
finish
it.
His
response
was
“what’s
your
problem
man?”
I
then
asked
him
sternly
what
time
they
close,
a
question
he
was
a
bit
reluctant
to
answer
as
I
had
to
ask
it
twice.
He
then
told
me
that
the
dine-in
area
closes
at
3:30
pm
and
the
cashier
closes
and
stops
selling
at
4
pm.
At
that
time
it
was
around
3:46
pm.
And
I
then
pointed
out
to
him
that
no
one
told
me
anything
about
closing
when
I
bought
my
item
and
went
to
sit
at
the
dine-in
area.
Typically,
in
the
cafe
and
restaurant
business
if
they
are
closing
they
tell
the
customer
that
they
are
closing
before
hand
so
that
the
customer
can
decide
to
go
sit
somewhere
else
to
have
his/her
snack
or
drink.
But
after
allowing
the
customer
to
sit
down
and
have
what
he/she
is
having
then
professionally
the
customer
should
be
allowed
to
finish
having
the
item
they
purchased
as
long
as
the
customer
is
actively
trying
to
finish
up,
i.e.
as
long
as
the
customer
is
not
just
wasting
time.
Anyway,
I
told
that
young
man
that
I
will
complain
about
his
treatment
and
I
left.
The
problem
is
the
treatment
was
very
unprofessional
and
showed
lack
of
professional
experience
and
lack
of
basic
courteous
behavior.
I
mean
if
that
young
man
had
just
said
something
like
“sorry
we
need
to
close
soon
please
try
to
finish
up
in
a
couple
of
minutes
“,
I
would
have
been
much
less
disappointed.
But
unfortunately,
it
was
not
like
that
at
all.
