I
booked
a
day
pass
because
I
was
in
Frankfurt
on
business
and
wanted
to
know
what
it
was
like
to
train
in
a
“luxury”
gym.
First
of
all:
The
location
is
very
central
and
beautiful.
The
view
from
the
gym
is
breathtaking
and
certainly
the
highlight.
But
if
I
were
to
imagine
that
I
would
train
here
for
months
or
even
years,
I
could
imagine
that
at
some
point
you
would
get
used
to
the
great
view...
Unfortunately,
humans
are
creatures
of
habit.
When
it
comes
to
the
price/performance
ratio,
I
unfortunately
have
to
say
that
for
just
under
€90
a
month
you
get
*significantly*
less
than
in
a
chain
gym
in
my
hometown
for
€35
a
month.
There
is
no
real,
permanently
staffed
reception
or
service
point
where
I
can
go
if
I
have
any
questions.
Unfortunately,
I
had
to
interrupt
the
trainers
during
ongoing
personal
training
sessions
if
I
had
questions,
which
made
me
very
uncomfortable.
There
are
also
free
drinks,
but
only
water.
When
it
comes
to
the
drinks
alone,
I
would
have
expected
*significantly*
more
because
of
the
price,
even
including
free
protein
shakes.
The
equipment
is
all
of
great
quality
and
the
cardio
area
in
particular
is
extremely
well
equipped.
Unfortunately,
for
strength
training
there
is
only
one
example
of
each
device.
I
was
there
around
2
p.m.
and
it
was
relatively
empty,
but
at
prime
time
I
could
definitely
imagine
that
this
would
cause
traffic
jams.
In
terms
of
size,
the
cardio
and
free
weight
area
were
appropriately
designed.
However,
I
found
the
area
where
the
guided
strength
equipment
is
located
to
be
extremely
narrow
and
sometimes
very
carelessly
designed.
Unfortunately,
it
feels
like
a
big
broom
closet
in
which
the
devices
were
squeezed
in
and
unfortunately
there
was
only
one
example
per
device
(more
would
not
have
been
possible
with
the
current
design
concept).
I
completely
missed
a
wellness
area
with
a
sauna,
solarium
and
massage.
Here
again
I
would
have
expected
*much*
more
for
the
price.
In
conclusion,
I
have
to
say
that
although
I
had
a
good
workout
and
enjoyed
the
view,
I
can
imagine
that
at
some
point
the
view
has
lost
its
appeal
and
you
end
up
queuing
up
at
the
strength
machines
at
prime
time
because
there
is
only
one
per
machine
gives.
I
also
find
the
small
selection
of
drinks
(there
was
only
water)
and
the
complete
absence
of
wellness
offers
a
no-go
for
the
price.
I
paid
more
for
a
day
ticket
here
than
I
did
in
my
home
gym
in
a
month
and
had
high
expectations,
but
unfortunately
the
gym
didn't
live
up
to
it
and
so
the
bottom
line
was
that
it
was
a
disappointing
experience.
