I
have
found
that
David
Lloyd's
management
cares
deeply
about
its
members,
so
I
can
see
that
appropriate
measures
have
been
taken
to
improve
quality.
For
this
reason
I
am
changing
my
rating
from
1
star
to
3
stars.
Thanks
to
the
management.
Sincerely
yours

Hello
dear
Merian
Spa
Team
Frankfurt,
As
a
long-time
customer,
I
unfortunately
have
to
share
a
negative
experience
today.
On
Saturday
I
visited
the
spa
area
and
took
part
in
several
infusions
in
the
morning,
all
of
which
were
excellent
up
to
that
point.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
with
a
2:00
p.m.
infusion
was
the
exact
opposite.
When
I
entered
the
Japanese
sauna
at
1:57
p.m.,
the
benches
at
the
bottom
and
in
the
middle
were
completely
occupied.
The
bench
at
the
top
left
was
80%
free,
there
was
enough
space
for
5
people.
Two
people
sat
very
comfortably
on
the
middle
left
bench.
They
had
taken
two
seats
across
the
width
and
placed
their
towels
on
the
top
and
middle
benches.
They
leaned
on
the
top
bench,
elbows
wide.
After
I
came
in,
I
soon
spotted
the
empty
bench
at
the
top
left.
I
asked
the
people
below
if
they
could
let
me
upstairs,
which
wasn't
a
problem.
The
man
in
the
middle
sat
with
his
legs
apart
and
his
elbows
out,
but
didn't
move
after
I
asked
again.
So
I
decided
to
make
my
own
way
through
the
middle
bench.
He
obviously
didn't
like
that.
With
a
stern
look,
he
moved
minimally
so
that
I
could
lay
my
towel
halfway
on
top.
I
had
to
partially
lay
my
towel
on
top
of
his
towel
because
he
felt
he
didn't
have
to
move.
Shortly
after
me,
another
person
came
into
the
sauna
and
looked
for
a
seat.
Except
for
the
top
row,
all
the
seats
next
to
me
were
full.
I
realized
that
the
person
wanted
to
go
upstairs,
but
the
man
with
his
elbows
out
didn't
allow
it
and
ignored
the
situation.
I
asked
the
man
if
he
wanted
to
go
upstairs.
He
smiled
and
thanked
me
for
my
offer.
However,
the
man
with
his
elbows
out
remained
seated
and
didn't
move.
When
I
asked
him
if
he
could
make
some
room
to
get
upstairs,
the
man
became
loud
and
aggressive.
I
also
became
loud
and
we
discussed
it.
The
man
who
came
after
me
didn't
dare
go
upstairs
and
looked
for
a
small
space
in
front
of
me,
which
I
gave
him.
Such
situations
occur
every
now
and
then
and
are
familiar
from
saunas
when
some
people
only
think
about
themselves.
However,
that
is
not
the
reason
for
my
complaint.
What
bothers
me
is
now:
After
the
infusion,
a
young
Turkish
man
with
a
braid
came
up
to
me.
I
recognized
him
because
he
had
made
the
infusion
at
12:00
p.m.
He
asked
me
why
I
had
argued
with
the
older
man
in
the
sauna
and
why
I
hadn't
sorted
it
out
with
him
in
private
later.
I
was
very
surprised
at
that.
So
I
told
him
that
his
name
was
T...
and
that
I
was
just
doing
his
job.
At
2:00
p.m.
another
employee
made
the
infusion.
He
started
talking
to
me
and
the
T...,
asked
what
had
happened
and
that
he
hadn't
noticed
anything
either.
I
told
him
and
he
assured
me
that
he
would
approach
him
in
the
future
and
take
charge
of
the
situation,
which
T...
didn't
want
to
do.
I
find
it
unacceptable
when
Merian
Spa
employees
sit
in
the
sauna
and
do
nothing
to
protect
guests
from
troublemakers.
My
suggestion:
For
every
infusion,
the
rules
should
be
explained
to
sauna
guests,
like
me.
Maybe
it
would
help
if
one
or
two
additional
rules
were
mentioned,
such
as:
you
should
be
considerate
of
others,
you
should
slide
when
it's
full,
and
you
should
also
make
room
when
it's
full.
Sitting
or
lying
wide
should
be
prohibited
when
the
sauna
is
full.
