Top gym in Frankfurt. I especially like this branch for its spa area (sauna and steam room) and yoga classes (Tue and Thu with Natalia). Workout area is rather small and can get packed after work. Team is fantastic!

First time there, very warm welcome from the team. The manager, Miguel, is pure gold, very carrying with everyone and free to help at anytime! Always smiling, very important :) The fitness itself is also well planned and agreable. Recommended for sure.

I was looking for a gym during 6 months. I tried 3 others, but didn't fit to me and restart exercises again after 25kg more is a hard decision. Unpretentiously applied at Fitness First to begin my new trip through exercises and it was an amazing surprise! The club is unbelievable clean. The equipments are very good and works soft and harmonious. I'm very happy with the E-gym where I don't need to adjust for training. The special part are the trainers! What a such amazing team. They are kind, respectfull, always in a good mood and will, open to help and make better. I'd like to give 10 stars to Marcelina who did my training and find a best way to fit it at my traveling routine. I'm in love with Fitness First and happy to decide it!

THERE IS APPARENTLY NO SUCH THING AS A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT AT FITNESS FIRST. I signed up for a month-to-month contract at the Frankfurt-Westend location. I told the man who signed me up that I only wanted one month, he said fine, there's a one month cancellation period so we'll "cancel" it today. The contract was not available in English, but I trusted that he was telling the truth. After my one month, I kept getting notices from them charging me. I responded to each one saying, I've already cancelled it. No response. They even threatened to take me to court! Eventually I paid the bill because I didn't want to get sued in a country where I don't live. So my one month of going to Fitness First cost me several hundred Euros, plus weeks of headache. DO NOT join Fitness First. Their contracts are predatory and their staff are dishonest.

I recently had my EGYM training at Fitness First West End and I just wanted to say thank you to Mike, my trainer that day who was brilliant. He was friendly, encouraging and most of all patient. Thanks, Mike.

Nice gym, spacious and well equipped. Areas are separated so that you can work out in comfort (like group training, weights, cardio) Locker rooms are clean and comfy. There’s also a sauna but since I’m not interested I didn’t go there Totally worth its value

One of my favourite FitnessFirst spot. The location is very comfortable, not so overcrowded. Recently had a start session with Marcelina. She was kind and explained all the training and details well despite I don’t speak German. The “gaming” auto-adjustable training machines are also fun. Great experience. The wellness zone is not in the best state. Seems like there is some issue with air conditioning, because it smells bad at the evenings. but still nice. Fireproof spray devices in the sauna should be covered with something to avoid close contact with a hot metal.

Best Fitness Studio in Frankfurt! Great staff and service, especially Patrick and Marcelina who was kind since my first day. I am training here 3 years already. Service is great , and in central locations. The studio has all you need, and not overcrowded and the sauna is top level.

The gym is small but the people who work there are friendly and helpful. Gabriele ( Hot Iron trainer) is full of energy, power and really nice. Miguel is running a great gym with a Fantastic team.

Nice gmy well equipped but if I compare here with other fitness firsts, not a good one. First of all women changing area is too old and all the time dirty. I cant even sit anywhere because all chairs are dirty. I dont want to see these red dirty chairs any longer. Shower area renovated but it is also very dirty. They literally need to clean that area (floors and walls) with steamer. It always has a mouldy smell and walls are full of mould. Not enough storage place in the shower area as well. Sauna is super small, it has a super old woods and whenever you push the steam button you immediately get a super chemical smell. I only took few classes (30 min classes) from here but fitness coach did not care at all if people do correctly. I am very sad to realize such a huge quality differences between branches.I hope they consider my comment very well and take care of the shower and changing area as soon as possible. Until that time, I will continue using opernplatz even tho I live in the same street with westend branch!!

My Family and I were travelling to Frankfurt while on holidays, and stopped past Fitness First Westend for a workout. We were greeted by Miguel who was at reception and provided exceptional customer service. We loved this place and would highly recommend!

Fitness First, this location particularly is a unique place in the downtown where you find almost all kinds of equipment and tools. Staff and trainers are so friendly and professional and they keep your motivation always at a high level. They support your any special issue immediately. In addition to this, you can attend the free courses, and enjoy the sauna and pool. The view from the gym is amazing, even you can see planes landing in every minitues over lovely Frankfut while you are jogging on treadmill.

Great studio. Perfect sauna. Everything to train a full body workout. Very friendly and helpful staff. And you even get towels for the sauna. Highly recommended.

Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the gym is, there is plenty of equipment to suit everyone's needs, and I am looking forward to sitting down and relaxing in the sauna after an intense gym session. I attended Ballett workout and am absolutely in love with it. It is extremely difficult (for me) but i will keep coming. After the renovation the club has more space and is lighter.

Friendly atmosphere, clean and convenient. Equipment is kept in good order. The place is relatively small so can be crowded but one normally gets to do all exercises they like after a short wait.

Fantastic gym, fantastic location. Since this one is a black label gym, one can also use the other Fitness First's in the area (atleast 3) and across Germany!!!

One of my favourite gyms. It’s a little smaller maybe than other ones but that way it’s even more familiar. The staff and personal trainers recognise you and are always there, if you need any help. There is never a situation where there’s nobody to be found. After a few weeks without working out, due to an operation, I had personal training with Kevin last week. He showed me the e-gym and how to start again and overall he did an amazing job ☺️ There’s everything you need. You basically never have to wait to work out. And it’s very clean.

Incompetent and useless customer support + a company which changes the contract as it wishes! This review isn't against this branch in particular, but a description of how F1 works in general. I have been a member since August and of course I had to sign a "bilateral" contract, which forces me to stay a member and continue paying for 1 year. Meaning that I cannot quit the gym if I wanted to (or even if I had a reason) and they will get 1 year's worth of money. So I have to take a risk and decide if I want to join the gym. I might get sick, I might decide to leave Germany, I might not have time, and so on, but I got a binding contract forcing me to pay for 1 year. Looks fair enough and pretty common contract so far. However, in mid-contract, they send an email saying that they want more money with the standard template of the inflation going up. What did suddenly happen with contract that we signed already and for which they fixed the price? Doesn't the company need to take risks just like us customers do? Raged of this fact, I send the customer support an email asking for explanation. 1.5 months later, I have not heard from their incompetent team. I have had issues even before with them, where they took 1 month to reply to issues which would need less than 2 minutes to reply to. I know that low customer support is standard in Germany and F1 has made sure to comply to these standards. Yet again, I have nothing against the Westend branch, however it's impossible to have a joyful experience when you have to have stress to contract the customer support. Will definitely look for alternatives once this contract is done.

Really nice gym but the staff is so useless. Probably not their fault because they're always nice, but whatever the reason, if you have even basic questions about your membership, no one at any Fitness First location will have any clue how to help you

Really liked the gym. There's a chill vibe to it and the people training there all seemed to be nice and respectful. Especially want to give a shoutout to coach Mike - what a legend. Spotted me multiple times and took genuine interest in my goals.

The gym facilities here are really good and right in center. Marcelina here was really helpful, explaining everything about the offers and the gym facilities. Marcelina and Patric also explained about the machines even when it was busy hours and Monday evening. Definitely recommend this gym.

I just landed in Frankfurt and was looking for a gym to sweat out nearby my office This neighborhood is safe, clean near my office. You could feel the good energy and vive walking in. It looked new, well cared, clean, with a morden design. I came at 12pm and was there till 2pm. It seemed full of people was not crowded and was not hot; just a vital energy. I loved the well equipped facility, sauna and well design conveniences yet the true genuine edge was people. The members were diversified in ages, stylish and friendly, none to mention the staffs were excellent. Due dilligent. clear communication skills and accuracy of my waiting time. Mercelina helped me in membership and showed me around who was a wonderful host and the male staff had a good sense of urgencies kept communicating though there were lots of members checking in at the same time. I felt welcomed & valued. It is really nice!
