The girl picking up the phone speaks 0 english, and every time hangs up on me. I wanted to see if its possible for me to buy a day pass, as I was staying for a few days in the area and I wanted to go to the gym. Its disappointing that in such an international city, with so many international business visitors, people dont speak english.

After a while of going there I need to say it's definitely not the best for the summer. There is no AC and except for very early morning it's impossible to exercise in the heat of the day. It also can happen that gym is still closed at 6.30 while it should be open from 6. The gym in general is clean and peaceful and people working there are nice and helpful but I have to say that for such price, I wouldn't say it's worth it.

I had a terrible experience with this gym. On the test day everyone was super nice. But once I paid, I never had advice again. But the worst of all was trying to cancel the contract. I had signed up for the monthly plan, because I wanted to try it for a month. I sent mails, called and also tried to cancel it by going personally. After three months, I saw that at the bottom of the page there is a cancel contract button. And I also I called the bank to cancel the payment. This was the only way I could Vertrag kündigen

Enough instruments for all members 6. No broken devices 7. Consolation and Back caurses to guide Spine care 8. Protein and liqueds bar for extra pay Cons : 1. No air conditioning ( in summer it is really hot there ) 2. Pricy ~60 for the cheapest offer ( minimum 3 years contract ) 3. Shortest possible contract is 1 year ( though there is a work around when you take the Probation period of 3 months , as you can drop the contract with out any consequences )

I was encourage not to go to this Gym by several individuals (including family). I should have taken the advice but I wanted to form my own opinion which was a big mistake. Their social media reels are great but once you get to the Gym, the Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, the guy didn’t even know the opening hours on the weekend, felt like he was annoyed by my simple questions. The music in the Ladies Area is very loud, you can’t hear your own music or relax in the Sauna. When you tell the staff, the answer is, tell that to the Manager. The Ladies area can be seen from Men in the cycling room, no privacy when stretching. There’s some mold in the showers and the shower heads are filthy (see photos), every 12 secs the shower turns off, very annoying when showering. I cancelled my contract and for a week now I’ve been trying to talk to someone because they’ve booked money from my account even though I’ve cancelled. The confirmation for the cancellation is not correct, they’ve extended my contract. Everytime i call and give my reason for calling they say I should call back, they take my number at the reception but no one calls. I cant describe how rude the ppl are. When I said that the service is poor I was told other ppl think otherwise, no one’s forcing me to stay here, imagine. When I asked the employee on the phone this morning what his name is, he said call me DJ. When I asked for the managers Surename, he asked why in a rude tone and didn’t give it to me. The Gym has nice lighting and decor, it has potential but the Staff is damaging the business in my opinion. I had four weeks to try out and after the third day I never went back. In my entire life I’ve never engage with multiple staff members of the same business that are so rude and unprofessional except for one lady that worked there. I spoke to a few ladies in the dressing room & Sauna who also said they regret signing up and will leave once their contract is up. Based on online reviews I can now confirm what others have written. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. I will give an update on my cancellation etc.

This is the cleanest gym I have ever been, and I've been in many different places. All the members of Injoy were treated like there is no other aim otherwise keeping them happy. In Injoy you find employes that have a good knowledge about Health Sytem and Anatomy. My advice if you wanna train in a standart gym where you pay money and be left out you can do that, but if you wanna be in familar and warm place where you can drink your café after a good training and take some healthy Proteinshake then choose Injoy :)
