Until a bed was sold to us, the advice was great, and we placed an order for the bed. Delivery scheduled for 10/15/23. Still no goods received today. Every time we call we are told that the truck has not been loaded and that our bed will come with the next load. Unfortunately, so far without a bed. If you want a bed at the planned time you shouldn't buy here.

So lange freundlich bis die Rechnung bezahlt wurde, danach scheint der Kundenservice sich in Luft aufgelöst zu haben. Auf Kudenanliegen und Fragen wird nicht eingegangen, bis man persönlich in der Filiale auftaucht und selbst dann kriegt man keine klaren Antworten auf die Probleme mit dem Bett. Die Mitarbeiter versprechen sich telefonisch zurück zu melden, was immer nur leere Versprechen sind. Wer wirklich guten Kundenservice sucht ist hier fehl am Platz, erst recht wenn man nicht in der nähe der Filiale wohnt.

Nicht zu Empfehlen. Wir haben uns von den Mitarbeitern beraten lassen und Ihnen gesagt, dass wir das Bett gerne in einer Dachschräge platzieren möchten. Wir wiesen darauf hin, dass wir deshalb gerne aus Stabilitätsgründen von einer Rückenpolsterwand absehen möchten. Die Mitarbeiter entgegneten uns, dass dies kein Problem sei und das Polster stabil genug sei. Wir liessen und deshalb auf ein Bett mit Rückenpolsterwand ein. Der Chef höchst persönlich hat das Bett geliefert und aufgebaut und natürlich auch gesehen wie es in der Dachschräge platziert wurde. Nun ist die Rückenpolsterwand innerhalb der Garantiezeit kaputt gegangen. Yatas Bedding beschuldigt uns, dass wir das Bett falsch aufgebaut hätten, obwohl der Chef!! es bei uns selbst aufgebaut hat. Es erfolgte kein Austausch oder eine Reparatur von Seiten Yatas Beddings. Der Kundenservice ist mangelhaft und entspricht nicht dem teuren Preis, sondern eher dem von einem billigen IKEA Bett. Fazit: Beratung und Kundenservice MANGELHAFT

Circa vor ein Monat habe ich angerufen, um ein Bett zu bestellen, Sie haben mir am Telefon das Bett nicht verkauft, weil man soll ein Bett erst probieren, haben sie gemeint. Da ich keine Zeit hatte außer Sonntag netterweise haben sie mir Sonntag das Laden geöffnet, ich musste auf dem alle Betten was die im Showroom haben, ausprobieren, dann haben sie mir das ideale Bett empfohlen und verkauft . Seit dem neue Bett habe ich keine Rückenschmerzen mehr und ich freue mich abends an meinem kuscheligen Bett. Das lange Strecke von Karlsruhe nach Frankfurt hat sich gelohnt.👍 Ich kann nur das sagen, das Geld was ich bezahlt habe, habt ihr vollkommen verdient. ❤️❤️❤️

Zunächst hatten wir unserer Tochter ein Bett mit einer Matratze bei Yatas bestellt. Wir nutzen sie mitterweile seit über einem Jahr und sind so zufrieden, dass wir uns jetzt entschieden haben auch für unseren Sohn ein Bett dort zu bestellen. Die individuelle Beratung ist sehr gut. Unsere beiden Kinder haben zwei verschiedene Matratzen, welche auf ihre Bedürfnisse abgestimmt wurden. Die Lieferung und die Montage waren super. Ich kann Yatas wärmstens empfehlen.

Habe von Yatas seit einem Monat ein Bett in Benutzung und sehr zufrieden. Auf meinem alten Bett bin ich immer mit Rückenschmerzen und Nackenschmerzen aufgewacht, doch seitdem ich auf der Zero Gravity Matratze von Yatas schlafe habe ich diese Problem nicht mehr. Wer einen guten Schlaf und ein Bett für viele Jahre ohne Probleme haben möchte, sollte hier vorbeischauen. Soooo ein freundlicher und netter Laden, ich bekomme mein Bett in 3 Monaten geliefert und hoffe es verläuft alles gut aber ich mach mir da eigentlich keine großen Sorgen. Der Laden hat einen sehr seriösen Eindruck gemacht. LG Said Yasin

We ordered a bed in August. They said it would take 3 months. In October they said that there was a system change and that it would be delayed. Every time we call we are told that it will be included in the next truck load. The truck did not manage to arrive in Germany. There are always new excuses. Now the bed has arrived at their warehouse, but the mattress isn't there. They won't deliver the bed either because the fitters don't have a free appointment this time. I already paid a deposit in August. They've had my money for months.

Actually I would even give 0 stars!!! Went to the store in July, wanted to order a bed, had given a deposit and were just supposed to check again at home whether the dimensions would fit. When we got home, we canceled the contract and asked for the deposit back because the dimensions were the same They told us it didn't fit. It's been back and forth since then and the money still hasn't been returned to the account. The last resort is now legal action. The store cannot be recommended under any circumstances, catastrophic, incompetent behavior, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction is zero!!!! Just don't go to the store, a warning to everyone!
