In den jeweiligen Kursen wird man von geschulten Blicken beobachtet — Stärken werden hervorgehoben, Schwächen schnell ausgemerzt. Immer mit dem passenden Humor. Einfache aber effektive Pädagogik + sehr gute Geräteausstattung. Awesome atmosphere and great coaches! Even if you are just passing by for a workout during your holiday, they will treat you just like any other member of their awesome family! However the workout was a lot of fun and the coaches made me push myself so I could find new limits! For sure will visit again if I’m in Offenbach :)

This is a great box! Even though I came there just once while travelling, everyone was super friendly and it felt like I have been training there for years. The coach Steffi knew exactly what weight I could work with and gave me great tips to improve my snach - I highly admire her knowledge and professionalism. She also made me push myself and I realised I am stronger than I thought :) Thanks to Steffi and all the athletes, my training at Circus Maximus was the highlight of my trip to Frankfurt :) I will definitely come back!

Die Trainer sind sehr kompetent, erfahren und betreiben Crossfit mit großer Leidenschaft. Egal ob alt oder jung, schwanger oder frisch gebackene Mutter oder kompletter Anfänger, man fühlt sich sehr gut betreut. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär und man kennt seine Mitstreiter, was bei diesem anstrengenden Training ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl ist. Super tolle Box!!!

Die Übung hieß Cheesecake. Aber es gab nur Muskelfutter. Voll gemein! 😜
