I tried this place in Berlin and Hamburg both were excelent yet this one was terrible. I ordered a pulled pork, side of ketchup and chiken sticks, both the fries and the sticks were undercooked, and for some reason I can not grasp when I asked for the ketchup which was missing, she puts it ON TOP OF THE FRIES!? In all other places they gave a small cup with the sauce. Such a disappointment.

Frittenwerk ist meiner Meinung nach gar nicht mehr das was es mal war. Es schmeckt einfach nur noch nach essen aus der Kantine für einen hohen Preis. Die Soßen sind sehr schmacklos, und generell ist das Essen so gut wie nicht gewürzt. Man schmeckt einfach, dass die Portionen ohne Liebe zubereitet werden. Ich habe jetzt schon des Öfteren bestellt weil ich dem ganzen noch eine Chance geben wollte, aber der Geschmack wird nicht besser. Früher wart ihr echt top, meine Freunde und ich haben gerne hier gegessen. Aber heute leider überhaupt nicht mehr. Das war meine letzte Bestellung, fast 10€ bezahlt für nichts. Sehr schade.

A little oasis at the Frankfurt main train station. Lots of gluten free options which was refreshing as a celiac traveler. The BBQ pork fries and cole slaw were amazing.

Reality vs. their commercial pictures…..taste below average...Your curry sauce is not curry sauce......the actual typical German curry sauce is missing PLUS - look at how you promote your food (one picture) and look at what I received! :)

A very good place to try out some differently-made fries. You can have chicken, gravy, sausages and even falafel added to your food! The falafels tasted very good which is a big thing to say for an iranian like me. The fries actually tasted different from other ordinary restaurants. The staff were friendly and although one accidentally forgot to give us our 5 euros back, they didn't argue with us and apologized for their mistake. The place was very clean and the food was ready very fast. Would definitely come here again 👍 !

Was craving chili cheese fries, got chili cheese fries. Who know I could find a vegan version of exactly what I was craving at just the train station I had to get lunch at? So many options for little add-ons so I added some falafel. The only thing I would change is the ration of chili to cheese - more chili next time! Service was fast and the ambience was really nice for being a fairly small eatery in the middle of the station hall. Thought the prices were a little bit high, but not too shocking for being in a very busy train station.

Great food for a train station. Staff were friendly and even said yes when I asked if they would refill my water bottle. I'd recommend the churros for sweet and the garlic fries for savoury. :)

I had a take-away rainbow salad with falafels and loved it. Also the cashier prepared it so quickly that I was able to catch my train in 7 min. Definitely recommended!

The Frittenwerk kiosk at the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof is a great place to stop by if you are in the mood for some authentic poutine or loaded fries! I had ordered the chilli cheese fries with two extras: with garlic fries and with extra jalapeños, and the food was literally to die for! It was extremely delicious... This place is also perfect for people who are traveling and only have a limited time in between to quickly eat something delicious as they make the food fresh-to-order and it only takes them a couple of minutes to get the food ready!

I had some time for a quick snack and ordered some pines with chicken Schwarma 🥙 . The sauce and the chicken texture was sooooo good , I would really suggest if you have less time and want to grab a bite at Hauptbahnhof then this is the pkace ti be .

Service was the best thing about this place. The ladies behind the counter were super quick. Ordered the Tijuana fries with sweet potatoes. The potatoes had almost a fishy taste to them which made the whole dish taste bad (almost 1/3 of it went into the trash). Food was overpriced and there are much better options available around.
