Absolutely the worst restaurant service of all my life! They don’t answer you and they completely ignore you while you share your complaints! After one hour waiting we basically had no food and we decided to leave! Treated in the most passive aggressive way!! PS THEY SERVE FIRST JAPANESE!!!

Great meal. Owners are Japanese from the Island of Sapporo, they speak or have staff that speak multiple languages. Very friendly and will help with menu choices. Gyoza was one of the best I have tasted outside of Japan. The green tea ice cream tasted like it was freshly made! Would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese meal.

Very bad service. We were the first ones arriving at the restaurant but nevertheless ended up waiting 1hour with only 2 appetizers served. All around us people received their meals. After asking multiple times for our food we decided to leave. They still made us pay (a Lot) . 7€ for a full bottle of water. What angered us the most was the lack of understanding and collaboration. They were very passive aggressive and never even hinted as apologizing or explaining what was going on. Very rude.

We are happy with our dinner there, very authentic but the service is a bit slow and the lady didn’t really speak English or German. It was hard to communicate.

My husband and I enjoyed the restaurant, which was recommended to us by a friend who has lived in Japan for 6 years. The food isn’t cheap but I was surprisingly full afterwards!!

The food: well prepared, tasty, slightly unbalanced seasoning and very tiny portions (4*). The service: friendly but a bit pushy, inattentive and unmindful (3*). The place/atmosphere: artificial, cold, impersonal, dark, unintimate (1*). The prices: rather overprized (1*).

One of the best places for Japanese food in Germany

One if the best Japanese restaurants in Frankfurt. The fish is fresh and the chicken is tender. The dessert is so delicious. The restaurant is not big but it is a very cosy place for people to hang out.

Amazing Japanese food beyond Sushi! Among other dishes, we had fish liver. A taste worth trying…unbelievable delicious!

Very nice lunch. Especially the T-style lunch can be recommended as it contains a lot of different small dishes from the whole menu. The service is efficient and friendly.

Great, authentic Japanese food. Not only great sushi but also warm dishes too! Beverage menu is rather small but they have the basics. I will be always coming back.
