I am horrified with the service. Last week I came with my friend to look for a foundation. We tried a few products,bought some and at the exit we were literally stopped by a very rude worker Louisa (with short hair and blue eyes. )She dared to say that we should “clean up our mess” because they are “not the cleaning ladies” and I quote again; “This is not my job to clean after you.” And the others agreed and pointed with a finger at the Make-up desk waiting for us to clean it up. We were in shock. I’ve never experienced such disrespect or humiliation. Very unprofessional. I suppose the customer is not the king at Sephora.

The Tall Lady with Hijaab, she was just amazing without discrimination, Her service was awesome unlike other Shopkeeper.

Super freundliches Team, welches einem stets bei Fragen zur Seite steht. Besonders Louisa ist immer hilfsbereit und kennt jedes Produkt wie ihre Westentasche. Sie ist immer freundlich und nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit. Auch ist sie ganz ehrlich, wenn ein Produkt nicht für den Hauttyp geeignet ist oder ähnliches. Wir freuen uns immer wenn sie da ist! Nur weiter zu empfehlen!

Diese Rezension gilt ausschließlich für Barbara und nicht für den Laden (Der Laden selbst ist ok. Gibt auch noch die eine oder andere etwas seltsame Mitarbeiterin aber wo gibt es die nicht). Barbara wertet den Laden aber richtig auf. Sie ist extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer gut gelaunt.
