Reading these reviews makes me question myself if people really know the stress and struggle of emergency rooms. Yes, we arrived with our son at 5:30 pm at the emergency room and went into a normal room where we stay at the hospital at 2:00 am. Yes it was long, but we know why. Emergency room patients are prioritized by how serious and life threatening the emergency is and sometimes waiting times increase while doing tests, or waiting for a full hospital to have an empty room for you. Anyways, We’ve been here two times before for our little son. The nurses are very friendly and sympathetic in both station 3C and 3D. Yesterday, they sent two of their employees to make the sick children happy! They also put toys in the rooms for the kids to entertain themselves. Personally, I have been to another hospital in the area i live also for my son. But i ddnt like their way of alot of this that we decided to drive 20 mins to come to Sana Klinikum.

Absolutely horrible experience, a severe lack of coordination between staff members and a completely chaotic management. I entered the premises with my wife who was about to undergo surgery. I was allowed in with a negative test and covid pass. After 15 min the security guys decided i couldn't go in anymore. Then, after 8 hours of sitting outside, I was given a written permission to visit my wife, but then again the security wasn't satisfied by the format of the letter. When I told him how is that my problem, since the letter had the signature of the doctor and the seal of the hospital, he simply replied " yeah so how is that my problem?" Utterly disgusting service

If possible, please try to avoid this clinic. First you wait for 3 hours (if you‘re lucky) and then you‘re being brought to another area where you wait for another 3 hours. The staff is kind but they are extremely undermanned. Therefore every service takes 10x longer than it should.

First of all thanks all the good and realible doctors and staff that work here. Now the real Big problem is that there is a lack if humanity, i came with my girlfriend to chek is everithing ok with the baby and we wait four hours just to go for 10 min of exam, the real horific scene that we witnesed was a young man lying on the floor and mouning from pain and no one come to chek him out...i cant belive this

The worst thing I've seen in my life is the low, poor, and sometimes rude and indifferent level of service in hospitals and emergency clinics in Germany. Dirty bureaucracy starts from the moment you enter the hospital, waiting for over 30 minutes just to register your name and information. Your condition is irrelevant at that point; all that matters is filling out the form. Then you wait for an hour and a half, sometimes two hours, for the emergency doctor to examine you, only to have an eye check and then be sent for an X-ray, which you wait for at least another hour for. And that's not the end. You have to wait for the doctor to come and tell you what you do or don't have! It's the peak of retrogression, delay, and bad bureaucracy that only brings frustration and annoyance to everyone regardless of their emergency situation. Even a helpless infant brought by their parents with a fever wasn't treated promptly and had to wait despite their critical condition! It's astonishing in a country that's supposed to be advanced and progressive!

It is one of the best clinics I visited in Offenbach. I was taken very good care by Dr. Uta. She is very patient, humble and highly competent Doctor. She explains treatment procedures at every step to educate and prepare you for what to expect. Staff members are also very supportive and very welcoming. I wish all of them very well.

I was initially sceptical about this hospital after reading the reviews but maybe it depends on what you compare it to. I was treated in the emergency room where I was delivered to by an ambulance. After a PCR test (that one was a bit violent, as it should be when done right), I waited for only 5 minutes before being shown to an individual room. I was in the room for the next 5 hours or so while they were performing the tests, and only had to leave once for the xray cabinet. The nurse was very nice to me and so was the assigned IM Doctor Cornelia Porzner. Dr Porzner made sure to explain to me my condition and tests, and was communicating with me very nicely all the time. I was also impressed with the fact that everyone spoke impeccable English with me. Now to address some comments on the waiting time. Of course in emergency room you have to wait sometime to be attended to - for anyone who doesn’t know the concept of triage, welcome to the real world where nurses and doctors in emergency care always have to assess how life-threatening your condition is, and prioritise patients accordingly. This is normal and happens everywhere. Add to this the global shortage of staff due to Corona which of course means that there are not enough doctors to treat everyone immediately. I know for sure that if we ever need assistance, I would choose to go to Sana for emergency again. I wanted to thank again Dr Porzner and unfortunately I forgot the name of my attending nurse but thanks to her as well.

Hospital is good for emergency services but the only problem is that they take too much time to see the patients. Doctors are very polite with the patients.

My wife was there for 5 days. Great staff, 5-star doctors. Rooms are what you'd expect. On dining/eating, I might recommend you bring a few snacks. Parking? There's a parking garage about 4 minutes walking from the front door. One coffee shop on first floor. Looking beyond the hospital? About a 8-minute walk to a bakery/cafe. Quality of care was superior. Would recommend it.

After an operation, I had a single room in a newly renovated wing, which looked more like a room in a 4-star hotel than a hospital room , with a large TV and a rather luxurious bathroom. The food was ok, but I was only allowed to eat liquid food and was served the same soup for dinner and breakfast. Staff was generally nice and attentive, albeit occassionally somewhat robust - which is probably normal, for a hospital.
