The
worst
thing
I've
seen
in
my
life
is
the
low,
poor,
and
sometimes
rude
and
indifferent
level
of
service
in
hospitals
and
emergency
clinics
in
Germany.
Dirty
bureaucracy
starts
from
the
moment
you
enter
the
hospital,
waiting
for
over
30
minutes
just
to
register
your
name
and
information.
Your
condition
is
irrelevant
at
that
point;
all
that
matters
is
filling
out
the
form.
Then
you
wait
for
an
hour
and
a
half,
sometimes
two
hours,
for
the
emergency
doctor
to
examine
you,
only
to
have
an
eye
check
and
then
be
sent
for
an
X-ray,
which
you
wait
for
at
least
another
hour
for.
And
that's
not
the
end.
You
have
to
wait
for
the
doctor
to
come
and
tell
you
what
you
do
or
don't
have!
It's
the
peak
of
retrogression,
delay,
and
bad
bureaucracy
that
only
brings
frustration
and
annoyance
to
everyone
regardless
of
their
emergency
situation.
Even
a
helpless
infant
brought
by
their
parents
with
a
fever
wasn't
treated
promptly
and
had
to
wait
despite
their
critical
condition!
It's
astonishing
in
a
country
that's
supposed
to
be
advanced
and
progressive!
