The prices were usually higher than those of competitors, but it was okay for the Otto-Röhm-Straße boys. Replacing the entire team now is absurd. Because of this, this store lost me and many many customers as customers.

Eigentlich: Große Auswahl, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, keine "Gebühr" für den Einkaufswagen. Heute (und schon einmal vor wenigen Wochen): Keine Bezahlung mit EC-Karte möglich, das kann bei einem Großeinkauf schon problematisch sein

Eine der wenigen Getränkefachmärkte in denen ich mein Lieblingsnaturradler gefunden habe. Sieht innen aus wie eine Lagerhalle und ist wirklich wenig ansprechend gestaltet. Gerade der dunkle schwarze Boden geht gar nicht. Parkplätze gibt es ein paar vor der Tür, welche aber auch von der nebenan gelegenen Werkstatt ATU oder dessen Kunden genutzt werden. Daher manchmal sehr schwierig hier noch einen freien Parkplatz zu finden.

Große Auswahl an allen möglichen Getränken. Guter und netter Service. Saubere und breite Gänge. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang.

Einer der etwas älteren Mitarbeiter, vermutlich der Geschäftsleiter, war sehr pampig uns Kunden gegenüber, als er sah, dass wir Pfandflaschen brachten, die dieser Markt nicht annehme. Auch hat er dann vor unseren Augen seine Mitarbeiter lauthals angeschriehen, da sie in seinen Augen bei der Pfandannahme etwas falsch gemacht hätten. Sowas respektloses gehört sich einfach nicht (egal ob mit oder ohne Anwesenheit von Kunden)! Die anderen beiden Mitarbeiter waren dafür sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Daher die 2 Sterne.
