I buy in roastmarket for over a year, regularly every few weeks. Always there is very fast shipping and delivery. It is hard to say something about the online shop, when everything is ok and without problems, in those situations (when everything is OK) it is like any other shop. The real value of the customer service you can recognize when there are some problems. And this was my case. It happens that I messed up with the shipping address to the Packstation and the package was send back to the roastmarket. Even before I realized that something is wrong (in DLH app) they contacted me and asked for the correct address to send me a new package. And the next day I had it! So the customer service works very good. The coffee is fresh and I can collect payback punkte ;-)
