Finna was our services today and she did a spectacular job. When you walk in almost everyone behind the counter great you with a smile and hello. When we were there, Waffle House was pretty busy and still the staff too time to say hi. The food is always good at Waffle House. Often it's a tough choice because everything is so good. No matter what you order, you won't be disappointed. They also take special requests if you want something cooked a certain way. Will definitely be eating here again. And again. And again. And any other Waffle House location!

This particular Waffle House in Youngsville North Carolina has a very happy well trained staff. Always friendly. We stop by here often when we do Roofing down the street. We will keep coming because we know what we get. Good food and good service.

This place was bugalicious!! When we opened the door we were greeted by 3 roach type bugs. Needless to say the dead roaches were friendlier than the staff. Table was dirty and when I asked could she wipe it she did it with such disgust. If that wasn’t enough while waiting for our drinks I look over and see two more bugs right by our seat. I asked the young lady was she or the gentleman going to get it, she said no and looked at me like I was crazy. It was beyond time to leave at that point. You couldn’t pay me to eat here!

We would be going back to this convenient location for breakfast this morning except for the fact that we went a few days ago and almost everything we ordered had an issue. We were told a number of time that it was the morning shifts fault that the gravy was like soup and that we probably didn’t want it. Next thing I wanted was grits with the most popular meal and was told that they would have to do something because the grits were hard. Once again the prior shifts fault. Since I don’t particularly like hash browns I asked if they could add some tomatoes and not charge me. You would have thought they were going to get fired or something to accommodate me. I was really amazed at the lack of interest in customer care here. Well, when the food came, my hash browns were burnt on the bottom which doesn’t make them any more appealing to eat. Finally we didn’t get an offer for more drink until we were ready to leave because the whole staff were out back looking at a cat that wondered up. (The waitress told us this as if to explain her lack of service) It was really strange for a Waffle House to be completely empty at 5pm but I can understand since they didn’t even have the main ingredients ready to serve people. Very disappointed in this experience. My northern girlfriend can make much much better gravy buiscuits in about 10 minutes! Why they didn’t try to fix the problem is beyond me. Typical entitlement attitude of this generation. They expect everyone else to fix things and they just show up. SAD! I gave too stars because my girlfriend burger was good and my bacon was good. Meat must be the only thing the chef knows how to cook on this shift. Attached you will see what we are eating this morning and it is made just right!!! This used to be the best waffle house I'd ever been to but now I can't say that. The eggs I had this morning were watery and the grits had hard uncooked chunks in them. They must have some new cooks...

I mean, it’s waffles at the Waffle House. So if you expect a sea food and rate the place less then 5 stars your an idiot. The waffles house has waffles. They taste good and are reasonably priced.

We went this morning and our waitress was the best in all our years of going to Waffle House. Food was good

I took my son out just to have a mom and son evening breakfast quick dinner date. The moment we pulled into the parking lot, I could see there was around 10 teenage boys inside. When I parked, immediately, one of the boys looked at me through the window making some sort of gesture. I returned that with a “don’t mess with me look.” I should have turned out and just went back home. My son and I found a seat only to be badly “serenaded” by these boys through multiple Adele songs and others and cursing. The two women running the front seemed exhausted. The boys left their tables a mess with food and trash on the floor. When my son and I left, they were still in the parking lot blasting music and raising their shirts up. They made sure to say “Bye.” I just wanted to get my son a waffle. I won’t be back. I think this sort of disrespect should be banned because your workers deserve better. They don’t seem to know what to do or what they could do. This reminded me of being in an all-night diner at 2 am when the club lets out, but these were teenagers and it was 7 pm.

They have a new afternoon cook... Not very good. Food was not up to their standards. The service was fine as always.

I've gone to this waffle house numerous times and have never had an issue on my usual order which is a 2 egg breakfast double hashbrown. I went today ordered the same thing and was charged for the all star and they only gave me a single hash brown, kind of disappointed.

Let's start with the 8 year old who took our order, yes it was an actual child. The child's mother sat around giving orders away from the customers. It was cold outside and FREEZING INSIDE. THE AC WAS RUNNING FULL BLAST AND THE AC FAN NEVER TURNED OFF. I asked for them to turn it off and Vanna and Alex said it was too high on the way and couldn't reach it. I asked again I was given a excuse that it keeps the eggs and milk etc from going bad, essentially the restaurant is a freezer. I laugh at their ignorance and they both say that they will get in trouble with corporate. This is the only one that has this issue. Security cameras can confirm everything I have written, and I hope this place is shut down or fire most of the staff. WAFFLE HOUSE NEEDS TO STOP LETTING PEOPLE RUN THIS BRANCH IN THE GROUND. I haven't even talked about the inconsistent pricing, 22, 17, 16, 15, 12 dollars for 4 waffles. I got these prices for waffles, same order 5 different prices in the same week. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give any less.

It was sub-zero degrees in there. Couldn't hardly even eat it was so cold. And they took their sweet precious time. We were the only 4 people in there. It sucked, 1st and last time in Youngsville.

The food was amazing!! I always get the same thing, Cheese omelette, this time with hash browns. Absolutely amazing!! Perfect crispy hash browns! I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, I sat at the bar by myself, so I needed a warm welcome. Any who, the food was really good!

I LOVE this location!!!!! The women are always so sweet and kind!!!! They have a hard job with how rude people are but they always respond with a smile!

The night waitress was the rudest, most unpleasant monster I've ever seen. The whole experience was terrible. I've been here before during the day and got great service.

Delicious breakfast. Only 1 employee was rude to certain customers. The homeless. I want to let this hateful employee know that karma is going to get her for being so rude to one of God's children. The way this nation is headed she too will become one of the homeless.

Food there is typically good during third shift but employees tend to have an attitude seemingly (muttering under breath or scowling ) hash browns could be cooked a bit better.

Came in today at 10:25pm on a Saturday the waiter wasn’t really friendly… didn’t give us any forks, the drinks where terrible… also he spilled water all over my food and asked me if I wanted him to make me another plate of food? Like come on dude I think he was probably high or something the service was extremely terrible…

It was as usual friendly atmosphere coffee was hot and fresh all food and service was quick and friendly. Server Tosha was great her personality made are meal very enjoyable.

Its Waffle House. I almost always get great service and I am specific when I order and the food is good. Don't expect Panera and you will do fine.
