WOW! I’ve been everywhere in NY looking for an amazing waffle place & I finally found a home. This place is so cute and super clean. The staff is very sweet & helps you with descriptions of each of the items on the menu, in case you’re indecisive. Amazing, delicious waffles & refreshers. Will definitely be coming back. Finally had the chance to go and try their wafflesss!! Waffle & sip is a small corner restaurant but super cute and welcoming.. they sell all waffles tings but so good! I tried the Strawberry & Banana w Nutella on a waffle & WOW! It was amazing! I definitely recommend to go and have some waffles. They have many different varieties of waffles.. plus other food like waffle dogs, waffle sandwiches, pastries etc. Go try it now & thank me later!! I can’t wait to be back!

Firstly, I have to address how clean this cafe is!Nearly spotless! The arrangement is beautiful, the decor is modern and comfortable. Even though it was my first time coming in, I feel like I have been here before; there is such a warm feel to this place😁The customer service is phenomenal!So friendly and kind and will explain the menu. I ordered the banana, strawberry, and nutella waffle and it was fantastic🧇🍓🌰🍌👌The waffle itself is not overly sweet which I love!Also there is plenty of fruit on top which is fresh and delicious. The whipping cream is soft and lifts the waffle. And best of all there is a Pac-man/Mappy game on the wall for free that you can play while you wait!I highly recommend if you are looking for a waffle. There was even a free giveaway where you draw a ticket and win a treat for free! The portion of the waffle is perfect!Please give them a try💜

Had a wonderful experience at Waffle N Sip. The food was delicious and the coffee was amazing! The waffle and fruits were fresh. Their iced Americano wasn't bitter or sour. Decor on the inside and outside were 💯

How adorable Tiny Pumpkin it is! We love that they make pumpkin the main theme from the interior decor, packaging to food. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. We had their Matcha Bingsu and Pumpkin Minis to share with a group of three. The portion of the Bingsu was so huge that we left the Minis for next day. The Bingsu was so delicious with plenty of different ingredients, matcha ice cream, mochi, marinated fruit... It was one of the best Bingsu we have ever had in the neighborhood. The Pumpkin Minis were just okay and kind of dry, but we would like to try other pastries next time.

I usually never give a 5 star but this place was awesome.. customer service was amazing..drink was amazing... waffle with ham and cheese on a stick was good...place is comfy...I will be returning!!

What a great find!! Loved, loved, loved it. Our only regret is that we came here for desert after a large lunch and we were stuffed… next time we’ll skip lunch and go straight for the delicious waffles!! The restaurant is accessible, the people friendly, and it’s very very clean. Great place for kids. The food and drinks are so good! And they look good also! Beautifully prepared. We tried 3 different waffles, the best one was the Apple Caramel Cinnamon. Wonderfully decorated. Street parking.

Much needed little place like this in the area. Unlike a lot of other spots nearby that lack character, Waffle N Sip is actually cozy and has a fun menu of food and drinks to boot. The special sandwich was nice, but get extra napkins because it’s a mess. The Korean mochi drink, Misugaru, is the Mom’s recipe and is fantastic. I added a shot of espresso for a kick, but as is it’s amazing and really rich and nutty like a fresh mochi.

Came here on a limb to try something new within the area of my institution with my friend and we both enjoyed everything from the atmosphere, music, and the FOOD ! Absolutely loved the service and the assistance they provided as soon as we got to order. The seating is very cute and cozy inside and out. Will be coming back !

Great cafe with friendly staff, the presentation of the waffle was a 10/10. Cafe has a nice vibe and solid waffles. The fruit on my strawberry banana waffle was really fresh and the waffle overall wasn’t too sweet. Would come again!

Coffee is good. I had ice . It was refreshing. Waffle and waffle dog was great too. People who works there was kind and nice too. Definitely go back to this place. You will love this place too. (kids firendly too)

The employees are super welcoming and sweet, as well as accommodating! The food is a bit on the sweeter side even for sweet, but i have a sweet tooth so its alright! It’s s my first time having a waffle and I think this was a really good first time experience. The waffles outside is crunchy, but its also light and airy in the middle, I think itd be a good spot to just relax in.

We came in on a Saturday as a family of four. Greeted very politely. Establishment is extremely clean. Very friendly and professional staff. The waffles were delicious!! They treated us so nicely. Can’t wait to come back - especially when the weather gets nicer.

This cute coffee shop offers a wide variety of waffles. Tried apple cinnamon waffle and waffle sandwich, so good! If you have a sweet tooth, you would probably want to try their waffles.

This place has amazing waffles, the best coffee, and stellar service. Everyone is super warm and friendly. I recommend the strawberry waffle (i didnt get it this time) paired with their iced coffee. Definitely try this place out- the owner is literally the kindest person and always reminds me to bring my stamp card!

Food was okay. The waffle dog kept sliding off the stick, the waffle on the BLT was soggy, and the lettuce was a little wet. Drinks were delicious and the waiter was very kind! Store interior is so cute

Everything here is perfect! The staff is very friendly, the apple caramel waffle and waffle dog were so good. I also love the variety of drinks as well. Really appreciate the fact that they didn't mind me staying there to work for three hours 🥺

This cafe has been on my list to visit & I finally visited on a cold, cloudy sunday. 🦋 The winter special is: buy one choco latte, get another free. So me and my partner tried it. I didn't enjoy it at all. Very weak, Luke warm and tasted more like milk with slight flavor of chocolate. 🦋service was average, they take your order and give you what you want. 🦋ambiance and atmosphere are cozy, and I love the swing chairs in the front. I need to return to try their other coffee drinks and waffles.

Ordered this Oreo and cream waffle and a iced matcha. Sadly I didn't like either. The iced green tea drink just didn't taste all that good... I threw it out. I ate half the waffle. Their waffle itself was disappointing. Tasted like a bad commercial waffle. Is was lite and a bit chewy. I enjoy a waffle with some crisp edges and soft centers... So just not the place for me... Service was nice even though I was basically the only customer there. So it's hard to tell how it is when the place is actually busy...

AMAZING!!! i loved it so much. the peach tea was absolutely divine and the waffle was scrumptious. i genuinely loved the food so so much. it was so good and i definitely will be revisiting this place. the way they present the food is stunning and the way it tastes just puts the cherry on top. definitely go whenever you have the chance. the waffles are perfectly filling imo and its just!!! the best!!!
