Excellent experience. The place is super clean. The front desk staff are totally professional and kind, even friendly, taking the time to welcome people as they come in. Self check-in process makes everything so much more convenient, if you can do it. Wait was not long at all (in before 4:30 and out by around 5:30, on a Friday). The doctor's assistant (Alyssa) could not have been kinder and a pleasure to deal with and the doctor (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) was also a pleasure: professional, took her time with me, listened, explained everything clearly so that all my questions were answered and advised me on how to proceed from here. I left feeling very confident with the care I had received. I would definitely recommend this location. It'll be my go-to place, for sure.

Don't go during closing time, they will rush you out even if you're sick. The discharge papers had no information on where my prescription went and had to call aftercare which took me 45 minutes to get thru. Overall this place......avoid

Went in for clogged ear. Receptionist was great. It was only me and someone before me. They took me into a room within ten minutes. I sat in the room waiting for about 20 to 25 minutes for a Dr to walk in glance in my ear..didnt even put scope all the way in and said not ear infection make an appointment with an ENT. I try to get an appointment with an ENT all booked til January. This urgent care Dr told me use Debrox clean ear of wax. I follow protocol, no relief still cant hear and have ear pain. I buy an earscope on Amazon. Im not a Dr but i know my ear doesnt look right. 3 days later back to Urgent care, Northwell health West Hempstead. Wonderful Dr. Took the time to talk to me.she took one look in my ear and said thats some ear infection. I will never go to this City MD again..ever.

The staff at city MD was very professional and friendly. I work in the medical field as an anesthesia technician And was impressed with the cleanliness and attention.

DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I would have read the reviews before traveling here. Staff is completely unprofessional. The receptionist has a disgusting attitude. I hadn’t even been inside for 3 minutes before she started yelling at me. When I reached the counter she refused to answer any of the questions I had based on the appointment that I came to set up. Even worse as I was talking to her she completely ignores me and starts talking to people who were behind me in line as if wasn’t standing in front of her! The manager Marsha didn’t do anything to better the situation either ! Completely unacceptable, save your time and peace of mind.

Edwin Salamanca provided wonderful care. He was caring, friendly and professional. I liked him very much. He has also treated my mom in the past and mu mom was very satisfied. The staff up front was very helpful also. I really appreciate everyone at City MD.

Rhea and Ellen are the best ever. So enthusiastic on a Sunday and they work together like Batman and Robin. Def looking forward to my next visit with them.

The team at this City MD location were friendly, professional and handled me and my sprained ankle with care and the upmost attention. Because it was a work related incident, it was hard to find someone to accept my employers workers compensation but they did and treated me with the best care I could ask for. I hope not to frequent urgent care too often but if I need to, I’ll definitely come back here. The facility is super clean and the staff are great.

The receptionist on 10/27/22 and the PA - Misun Choi were amazing to me and my family. They were very helpful, understanding, and kind to me. I felt like the receptionist had a lot of responsibility to help everyone in the waiting room and she did it with care and patience. The PA gave me ample time to discuss my care and was thoughtful with her advice.

The entire staff exceeded my expectations. I am always served and treated well at this location. I will only go to the Franklin Square City MD Urgent Care. Every time I have gone it's the same... from reception to triage to the attending doctor. Impeccable treatment. Happy Patient.

I was not happy as I walked in the young lady at the desk looked like I was bothering her as the young man was talking to her and she was on her cell phone as I spoke and rolled her eyes the young man proceeded to help me but now I felt very uncomfortable Even the young medical person was nice who spoke to me in the room I walked out went elsewhere

Excellent experience. I was there before they opened and the line was very long. When they opened they had someone walk down the line, they took our names and phone numbers and then they texted a link which informed you of what number you were in line. I then received a text advising me that I had 30 minutes to return to the clinic. I retuned and waited about 15 minutes to be seen and tested. My results were emailed to me within 20-30 minutes after I left.

Called to ask a question about how to get my job billed for a work related injury if I ended up going there. They told me they couldn’t give me a bill for my job and at 3 pm in the afternoon they were at max capacity and were not taking any more patients that day, mean while they are opened till 7 pm. It’s an urgent care, they are supposed to take walk ins that’s their purpose this is ridiculous. I gave them 2 stars because I usually get better service than this there. I get not being able to get a bill for my job, I was’nt sure about that anyway that’s why I was calling but the not taking walk in is stupid.

Extreme waiting time, no seating for covid patient or segregation, you can really get sick among the crowd, not enough chairs to be seated, patients were standing in the lobby Medical assist has an attitude, she took rapid test without swabbed nose completely Left me in a room for a longest period of time I will never go back here again Front desk Staff was pleasant

Went for a Covid test or four test was having a fever bad pain in my ribs when i coughed. Doctor said i don’t have anything i had to request cough meds and the next day my 15 month old daughter and wife is sick with a 104 fever and they have the flu. This place sucks seems like the bottom of bottom for physicians just a waste.

I heard this place was terrible, but I guess I had to find out for myself. Well they were right I saw a doctor that barely came near me to examine me I have a sinus infection I felt better for the first seven days meds not working I went back she did not examine me again I asked her if she can put me on a stronger antibiotic she said there is none nor told me to go see an ENT she barely came in the room this is not a real doctors office the doctor did not want to prescribe me a stronger antibiotic this place is not a place for sick people only if you have no other choice and you want to be treated by a doctor that doesn’t want to stand next to you and examine you then I recommend it

I usually liked going here for emergency with my son because of Dr. James Mcbrien. Great doctor. But my last visit on 1/11/24 My son and I saw Dr Paul Copperman and that DR was horrible. He was all moody and grumpy. If you dont like your job find a new one. My 9years old son got covid and he prescribed NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I work in the medical field my son had a bad cough and fever. You could’ve least gave him tylenol.

i always come here with any issue because my regular doctor is just a headache and i’m not a fan of him anyways here they’re fast, the longest i ever been here is an hour. everybody is pleasant and helpful, the doctors are always the best. highly recommend this location.

I took my daughter to this location. Everyone was really nice and professional. Very fast service and very clean . This is where my family and I go for our urgent care treatments.

I went to the facility on November 25th with a bad cold. Xray was preformed, along with a covid test, and other tests. The people are all courteous but the lack of attention to detail is dreadful. Although I was informed a scrip would be sent to the pharmacy, which I went to twice that day none was sent. I contacted the clinic the following day and was informed there was no scrip written. But the time I received the scrip, many hours later, the pharmacy had closed, thus in effect I had to wait 48 hrs for medicines which was the sold purpose of going to this facility. Now 4 days later, I have had to call the city md clinic for my covid tests and these were not uploaded to the portal (similar to other tests that were taken), ----- I spend over ten minutes with the clinic and then to be transferred to an aftercare that took another 20 mins to process this request ---- simply to say that I would receive the results within 24 hrs via email. Its seems this practice is more concerned about billing rather that patient care.

Had stitches put in. Staff at front desk were very attentative and caring of my situation. The doctors assistants xray technician and doctors were all great. Thank You for sewing me up.

Yes very professional treated my mother and diagnosed her pretty accurate because we went LIJ other doctors there said she need it a cat scan. Which came out negative.

Horrible place more concerned with taking a copay then your well being or health went 3 times in 2 weeks last time to have a dr note extended for work n tried to charge me saying they only give 3 day notes so if i had a broken leg they will only write you a note for 3 days off go to a real dr these people suck

DON’T go here unless you have absolutely no other option!! COVID PCR test results never came back. Test was taken at 8:00am on a Monday but the lab did not receive until Tuesday. They sent our a satisfaction survey before results were received!

They took me in right away with my 6 month old baby. Compare to other urgent care places. They are very polite
