We had the regular pretzels and cinnamon twists, both were great. The brownie batter dip was out of this world. We also had the salted caramel dip which was great as well. Prices were good as well. I will be returning soon

My mother, my son and I came in today and tasted the most delicious pretzels ever. We drove around 40 min to get there, we heard people talking about how some amazing store in Franklin square that makes the best pretzels. Thank you for making them extra delicious. 10 star rating if available

Mike and his team at the Franklin Square store provided my company with customized holiday pretzel trays for our NYC clients. Always on time and fresh, they were a hit!

I had wanted to bring a thank you gift to a group of people that had given support to me during a difficult time and called the Philly pretzel factory in Franklin square to ask how long in advance to order a large party tray of rivets. The man who answered the phone (Mr D.) said to order 24 hours in advance. I started to say that I would call back another day, when he said "if all you want is the rivets, I can get that ready for you in a couple of hours". He went above and beyond and when I came to pick up the tray, I had freshly baked pretzel rivets with delicious dips to bring to my friends. The pretzels were enjoyed and devoured. Thank you Mr D and the Philly pretzel factory!! Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the Party tray, sorry!

I saw the cool valentine's day pretzel gift. Really nice. Would have been better if the Bear Delaware store actually had them!! They still had the picture of them on the counter but I was told "They were out of them"
