I have been a patient of the Delmont organization for 10+ years. The past few years the patient care, and customer service has declined significantly. Having to call the 1st of the month to try and get an appointment is ridiculous because they don't have their schedule set up yet. I hope they get back to quality patient care, because I'm not the only patient they are losing.

I have been going to this office for the past 14 years and I had never had such a horrible experience like the one today. I called the office 7 times regarding my prescription refill. I have a condition which results in random flare ups that requires me to take prescription pills. I have dealt with this my whole life. In the beginning the doctors would have me come in for an appointment before giving me my next prescription. However, I am 24 years old and have this reoccurring condition so on my last visit which was in September, the doctor told me that she would give me 3 refills since I need this medication quite often and it would be easier for me to have refills than to make an appointment every time. I called my pharmacy today for my refill and they informed me that the doctor had cancelled my prescription. I called the call center and they assured me that my prescription would be sent by noon. Noon time arrived and nothing was sent. I called again and again and every time they told me that they would call me back in 10 minutes which was a total lie. I explained to them that I am in urgent need of my medication because my flare up was bad. I also requested to book an appointment and they told me that they couldn’t do that for me because they didn’t have anything available and it would be easier for them to send the doctor a message instead. I waited patiently all day. I called again and again 20 minutes before closing but they kept sending me straight to voice mail. Luckily I found the office managers phone number and she was able to help me. It is unbelievable that I had to wait all day in order to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy. I understand that we’re still in a pandemic and that the doctor is busy with patients but I also work in the medical field and I would never treat my patient the way I was treated today. I waited all day to be helped and was denied an appointment. I have never felt so disregarded by this office until today. It is upsetting to know that they truly don’t care for their patients.

I have been going to this office for about 15 years and have always been happy with the care and attention the doctors display. I am now seeing Dr.Hicks and I think the world of her. She is caring and compassionate and always gives me any amount of time I need. She is always responsive in a timely manner to my calls and messages. Stephanie is exceptional at the front desk and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

I came in need of a note to go back to work from my primary doctor cuz I fractured my hand lady behind the desk was nasty inattentive and wouldn't give me a appointment for month to check out my fractured finger I told my finger is going to be healed by then what would be the point and I can't take month of work never again switching my primary health care provider

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a physical for months now. It's always the same thing. They ask to call at a specific date, and when I call, everything is already booked. Horrible experience.

I've been a patient since early 2000. I was very satisfied with them up until the past few years. They constantly canceled appointments, never call back for the "telehealth" appointments and have been very unpredictable. Over the past year, I've ended up going to urgent care MD because this organization has gone downhill.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, absolutely polite and welcoming to my wife and I. Doctor’s assistant and doctor were very professional and made us feel comfortable when examining us for our physical exam and very informative, answered all questions we had. They all went above and beyond to make our experience visiting the doctor’s office amazing.

I love Dr Hicks. She is an awesome doctor. She takes care of all of my medical issues. We constantly talk through my chart and she gets back to me fast. Been going there for years and won't change her for anything. The wait time sometimes is really bad. Hope they can fix that one day. Stuff is excellent and very caring. ❤

I had an annual appointment in May. In June still no medication. July called back - had to do a virtual visit for medication to be prescribed. Had to complain after appointment time passed that visit was not happening- that got me the visit. Now August - still no prescription although alternate drug was agreed on. Suffering still as I write this public complaint as the private one fell on deaf ears! I am sad to do this as I also work in healthcare and expect the same great care that I give. I have been going to this office for 6 years. The Providers are great, however, the quality overall customer service, scheduling process and feedback I was used to receiving has drastically fallen in the past 2 years! I am suffering and disappointed!

Wonderful service & professional staff. Dr. Hicks is very caring & explains everything so you understand perfectly. Also takes the time to listen to your concerns & makes sure you feel comfortable with any & all treatments. I highly recommend this office.

I was having trouble getting a teleconsultation and they went out of their way to get in touch with me so I could talk to my doctor. I'm very grateful.

I visited Delmont Medical and I was very impressed by Dr. Hicks and the staff. I was taken care of on a professional level and would highly recommended this top notch facility. My annual physical was handled in house with a prompt EKG and a thorough physical screening. Scripts were written easily and sent straight to the local pharmacy, all with a pleasant bed side manner. Excellent Excellent group of medical professionals that make you appreciate their dedication and hardwork. I will highly recommend Dr. Hicks and the Delmont Medical Center!!!

i have been at this office for years with my mom and dad, i know ive given them a run for their money when it comes to the front staff. the reason im writing this its because ive come across a wonderful front staff name leo right now i am going through a rough patch with my mom. & leo in the franklin square office IS GREAT!!!! he has listened and been very kind to my mothers needs.he got the things she has needed for continuation of care. so if you want something done leo is your guy ! =)
