😠 What Jake said is absolutely right. Years ago back in 2005 when the Asian lady and her family were the owners it was good. There were so many people in and out of the restaurant it had changed I have not been. Sick since I miss the old owners. Doesn’t taste the same. People often mention order, minutes,

I've been coming to this place since 2005 (when the very nice Chinese lady owned it), always had amazing food, quality and excellent customer service. Last year I was in town, hadn't been there in a while so I stopped by get my usual Q5 order...I know these are bad times but jeez where's the beef? 😳😳😳 I gave them a break. Ever since then I've randomly stopped by and THEY ARE CLOSED. Like today! Not sure what's going on but I miss the old LCD.

I would give it -5 stars if I could. I don’t even know where the high ratings came from! Worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been. The photos are from the vegetable soup (just carrots, onions and celery) and enchilada… I couldn't even eat it… tasted like frozen food warmed up in the microwave. The star is for the guy in the front, good costumer service.!

Decided to order lunch for the office today from here and was so disappointed. I tried to call the restaurant to place the order there was no answer but a message stating they do delivery thru door dash Uber eats and grub hub. So I went to DoorDash and placed my order. I went back 5 minutes later to see if it was confirmed and it still wasn’t. So I checked again like 2 min later and noticed it still wasn’t confirmed. So I proceeded to call the restaurant and it continued to go straight to voicemail. Finally I reached out to DoorDash and they said they would call then of course they got no answer. A driver finally got to the restaurant and once they did La Casa cancelled my order. The worst customer service from there and this isn’t the first time. After going there for the last 15 years I will NEVER go again

This place is delicious but also just ridiculous! They open and close whenever they want with no warning to the customer ! Had my order cancelled multiple times on Grubhub because they randomly decide to close three hours early without updating their hours! Sucks because the food is good whenever I can get ahold of them

A few days ago i ordered some food and when getting home realized that my burrito wasn't in the bag. I went back to grab my burrito that they thought was made but wasnt. Nice man behind the counter told me two minutes and whipped one up quick. He also threw in some homemade flan too free of charge. Great food and great people at this place. Highly recommend

Incredibly saddened by the drastic decrease in quality. My family and I moved from NJ to CO 8 years ago, moved back and we're looking forward to the same meals we used to get. Got our order last night and I still have a stomach ache. Not owned by the original owners and it sadly shows.

Quality has detoriated so badly and prices have been jacked up (40- 50%) . Save you money and spend it else where for real Mexican food .

Was very surprised with this Mexican place. Everything is fresh, clean, and definitely NOT skimpy on the portions or fillings. When you order shrimp or steak, there is plenty added. Highly recommended.! Five star from me!

This is our favorite place to order lunch from at work. Their food is too notch! The owner’s had a rough time finding help to work during covid but looks like this place is back on track. Everything is so fresh! E love it! Please support his business, they truly deserve it.

I went to the store a bit late tonight, around 8:48, which is still before the closing time. But it was closed… what is the point of setting the closing time at 9:00 pm if you want to close the store earlier than that? I traveled more than 20 minutes for their food, and welcomed by a closed door. What an experience tonight! I have to say their food is great if they are open.

I still really love the food here even after the old owners departed but this place is NEVER OPEN!! Like seriously I’m not sure how the doors aren’t closed yet. We stopped by today (Saturday) at 2:30. Doors locked. There was someone in the kitchen but when you call no one answers. 3 months later… CLOSED AGAIN ON A FRIDAY EVENING BEFORE 6PM. We don’t live around the block!! We travel at least 20 minutes to get this food! This is not how you do business…

Placed an order here at 4:25pm and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up at 4:45pm and there’s a sign on the door saying they’re closed for a “siesta” defined by “nap” or “rest”, they will open at 5pm. I wait 15+ minutes, the door is still closed and the employees inside completely ignore me. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I gave up and left. The salads here are good but it’s not worth the hassle. You never know with these people.

Food is always great and staff is CONSISTENTLY pleasant and kind which is a huge plus. The food is always fresh and hot, they usually wait until you get there to bag your order so it doesn't get soggy! Super customer service!!

My meal was delicious! Everything tastes fresh and homemade except the nacho cheese. The plantains especially were amazing.

I had a very tasty lunch here with my daughter. She raves about the food, and now I see why. It was quiet when we were there. Spread the word. This place should become part of your regular routine.
