Typically great service, tonight my sandwich cold.. still can’t figure y DD transition ing to sandwiches.. all the donuts I use to like are gone…. Bout to abandon ship. Trying to leave a new review. 8/27/23. Nothing workers can do…. The coffee is trash now. Through mines out the window…. Gone have to l start paying for star bucks

I wish I could give no stars but I can’t. The establishment is employed by teenagers who are just messing around and giggling the whole time. throughout my whole order the employees were laughing among each other and being rude to me in the process by ignoring me . and the coffee and donut taste terrible . looks nothing like the picture on the menu. the barista needs to be replaced , ASAP .

A coworker of mine bought a dozen donuts. After consuming a few, I notice the jelly had mold on it. We left the remaining donuts as well as the mold infested donut in the box. We returned it to the location and explain the situation. The manager just laugh and giggled in our face when we ask for a refund. All she did was break open the donut into pieces and say she would only be able to replace two donuts, as she didn’t want to “waste the food”??? Dunkin’s policy is to throw out all donuts at the end of the night regardless, waste isn’t a valid excuse when talking about 5 donuts, especially when we were only looking for a refund of at least half (~$6). Do not visit the establishment if you wish to be treated like a joke with the manager never taking any customer seriously. Food is above average however the service is absolutely terrible.

Not a bad Dunkin. I always suggest ordering ahead and walking in if you are coming in the morning rush. Absolutely faster. The food is ALWAYS ready because that girl is FAST. Drinks are wayyyy slower so make sure you give them a good 5-10 min heads up before you go in.

Order was accurate but not as fast as other dunkin donuts.

No atmospheres. They rather have you drive through. Donuts are good. Not like Tasty Kreme. Drinks are pricey

A terrible value. The breakfast sandwich was soggy. The everything bagel bites were sweet and small. The potatoes were soggy, mushy and i got seven little tots for almost three bucks. Spend the same and get more elsewhere.

I try not to rate fast-food restaurants, because I don't expect much to be honest. But, I needed too with this one. First thing I noticed was how neatly packed the pastries looked. Usually, when you walk into DD, you would notice half the time how unkept the pastries look, bad customer service and bad presentation from the staff. This was indeed a rare gram. Clean looking pastries, astonishing customer service and clean. It's unfortunate that this place is far from where I live, but I will most definitely be visiting again. Well done to the owner and workers.

Ordered a hot coconut milk macchiato with pumpkin swirl. It wasn't so hot, the taste of cardamom in, I guess the pumpkin swirl, was not nice, but I would order it again without the pumpkin.

Customer service at this location was exceptional. I came here s quick 3 am M coffee and early breakfast run, the first place I don't to was awful. They literally had no ingredients it products and we're pretty rude for 24hr facility to be quite frank. So then I went to this other place (this one in the review) , and even though they had limited ingredients, they handled my difficult and complex order with the utmost compassion and care in order to ensure it was perfection.. i had a pleasant experience compared to the last 24 hour one I went to nearby. They were absolutely rude and we're barely listening to what I was saying. I highly recommend this dunkin donuts for a late night run! They usually have most products in stock too surprisingly 🙂 I like this dunkin, pleasant workers , efficient service, and exemplary customer service for a late hour run. If you're in that area ,yes I definitely recommend! Enjoy 🐱

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The woman over the intercom was verbally rude, when I got to the window rolled her eyes and spoke with another employee and degraded me loud and clear. All I did was change my ice tea to a matcha latte while still parked at the intercom???? Not even at the window????? I would rather drive another mile to the next one than face someone like that for no reason again.

To whom it may concern. Replacing someone that takes your order for a screen.. Not a good idea I will never set foot in this establishment again. The worst Dunkin around!

Just did a Mobile order there. She told me that I didn't have a mobile order there. After making a second one thinking it was an system error she then finds the order I originally put in. When I asked to cancel the order she didn't know how to do it. Told me to that she will get the manager. She was the manager. I am done...

So Saturday I went and got two toasted bagels w/ cream cheese.... That's it plain and simple order. Well my bagel wasn't toasted and I looked at my receipt to make sure I said it and it was right. It wasn't busy at all to where a mistake like this can happen either. Most would probably give them 1-star but the people at the counter were nice and got it right.

I just had another dull medium coffee for my birthday gift. I asked for a medium coffee cream and sugar. I was given a medium coffee that that tasted extra light, but was the normal color and very weak in flavor. This was on Easton Ave 1067 Easton Ave, Somerset, NJ 08873

I love Dunkins Matcha Latte, but lately they have increased the amount of ice they put in the cup. This last order, I couldn't even put my straw in due to the amount of ice. Had to throw some out to make room. It's a bit ridiculous, I feel like I only get a few sips of the drink. Definitely not necessary when I'm paying for the proce of the matcha latte and not ice.
