If you come to urgent care here be prepared to wait, I'm going on 2 hours now. Everyone is very nice...just VERY slow & it doesn't even seem that busy. No one has any sense of urgency, you can hear them all standing around chatting while you wait to be seen.

The Doctor running this place should lose his license as fast as possible. I went in for a SEVERE ear infection, waited over an hour both in the waiting room and in the "treatment" room, before being seen by the "doctor." I told him why I was here, he looked in the non-infected ear, and then jammed that instrument deep into the infected ear. If I wasn't in great pain, I probably would have popped him. He ran out of the room and returned twenty five minutes later with three prescriptions. Three days later, I ended up in an ER needing a CAT scan and a completely different treatment for the same problem. These doctors all told him the doctor here did not even come close to doing things right by me. I am contemplating suing this "doctor" and Aurora for the blatant mistreatment. Avoid this place. You trly are better off dead than seeking any treatment here.

It would have been cheaper to go to Emergency ...defeats the whole point of an urgent care walk in facility that usually has a flat rate. Be very, very careful ...because you will likely be billed hundreds of dollars. It is a disgrace to their patients. This was for a sinus infection and I was told the flat rate just gets you in the door ...if you are seen in a room you will be billed for that and if you are seen by a doctor you will be separately for that. My co-pay for emergency care is cheaper than what they charged me to be seen for a sinus infection. Outrageous !!!

Made an appointment for 6:25pm. As I write this my daughter still has not been seen. She has a fever and a terrible rash. 1 year old. It is 8:08pm and she is due for dinner, pain reliever, and bedtime. People keep going ahead of her even though she is fussing and her face and arms and legs are covered in red bumps. No one is telling us anything. Staff has left. And my daughter needs relief. I specifically came to this location because i could make an appointment for a sooner time. No communication. Piss poor excuse for an Aurora facility.

Had a appointment made for 10:20 it’s now 10:45 with no sight of doctor. mind you I have a 102 fever and trouble breathing . They don’t make you a priority they let you hang im utterly dissatisfied with auroras new procedures and focus on online satisfaction more then in clinic

Absolutely horrible care, Dr. Anna Anderson said she doesn't treat ailments she cannot see, so much for a diagnosis, only to find out later it was a staph infection. After I had asked her name the rest of the staff was more worried about why I wanted her name than why I actually went to the clinic in the first place.

Urgent care staff here genuinely cares about the patients. Sometimes the wait can be long, but you can check-in online and come in when their ready for you! The pharmacy is very fast. The building is a little dated.

Wait time was minimal, the staff (receptionist, RN and doctor) were extremely professional and kind. They definitely treat you like a person and not a number.
