Ordered a shared box just to get home to find one burger missing . Went back and got given the burger that was missing. On top of that we made a new order and asked for coke as a drink just to come home and it tasted like water . Rang back again lady told us of for not coming through the front door (she was saying we shouldn't have gone through the drive through even though we were making a new order 🤔) . She was also very rude about the fact that I wanted to get new drinks like it was our fault that they messed up . 😑 this is the third time will also be our last coming back here .

Just bought stuff for myself. It was quite. But my stuff is cold it's like they made hours ago and just give to me cold. I am feeling to upset to choosing to go over there for this food wasn't worth.

Never get a large fries as they only ever fill it half way. Save your money and get a medium. Also got a warm flat sprite. When asked to swap and asked for a coke instead they gave me a warm flat coke. Never have had a decent experience… 🤦🏼‍♀️

Zero stars. Hands down the worst Mc Donalds has to offer! food consistently over cooked, cold or just plain incorrect, and that is if they even serve you. 24 Hr advert is false and misleading as I have attended 5 times in two weeks to be told four times they weren't open and once just to be ignored in the drivethrough while the staff made tiktoks in view 👌 zero management, zero customer satisfaction.. other times you sit in the drive through for an hour watching the kids yell and swear at each other while nothing gets done. (Not enough space to karen out on how sub standard this store is) Just shut it down and stop false advertising. You're the only hospo available geographically for miles and you severely waste you're customers time, fuel and money when they should just go to Bombay or Mercer!

To the rude chick that came and talked to me in the drive thru window less than 5mins ago.. work on your customer service!! And don’t expect customers to be able to read minds!! Instead tell your workers how to do their bloody jobs🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Very disappointed today. Ordered a Big Mac combo for table delivery, go find my seat. It wasn't even that busy. Waited nearly 20 minutes, still nothing. Then a male worker yells "35" which isn't even my order number, it was my table delivery number. So I got up and went and got my order, which must have been sitting there for a while, forgotten, because the chips were cold already. Why have a table delivery system if they don't use it?

40+ minute wait the last two times we've been here, first time for a full meal and last night for only 4 ice creams. See them quickly making up drive through and Uber eats orders but if you walk in your a second class citizen and can wait until then are ready it seems

A disgusting amount of cheese, burger is sloppy. Chicken nuggets are cold and soggy. You people got one job… you have procedures That help with burger construction and how long to cook food but clearly do not follow these steps. Your staff should be trained properly! Sick of this. I don't know who manages this branch, but I can tell you, it is not well managed. It normally takes 30 minutes to get through drive-thru. The staff mostly do not have manners. They are more like awkward young punks. There are no greetings, no smile, mostly no acknowledgement. Worse than third world country experience. Many parts of Auckland give you the third world vibe compared to other cities in NZ.

The staff get less engaging every time I go. This time I ordered at the machine (none of which were printing receipts) and waited for my number. I saw the lady with the headscarf look in a bag and call my number out. Before I even moved, she walked away leaving the bag open. I had to check the food was there because I assumed she was getting the rest, but it had everything. She was just walking away and leaving it open. Then I had to find my two drinks in a number of drinks that were building up on the counter I guessed from the colours of the drinks inside I chose my coke and l and p. Whoever manages this McDonald’s needs to focus on customer service training. None of the staff on the night I was there said a word to any customers. They called the number and walked away. They don’t even confirm that the food is being picked up or if the person grabbing it is the actual orderer.

If you enjoy cold chips, stale burgers, and receiving the wrong order after a 25 minute wait in a quiet drive through, this is the place to be. When the staff put their phones down they’ll come to the window, but they know how to keep you waiting in suspense for the most sub par food you’ve ever eaten. Unfortunately I was sober when I visited this mcdonald’s, but even drunk me wouldn’t have been impressed. Can’t say i’ll be in a hurry to come back, and I don’t recommend you do either.

Very unorganized service. Messed up multiple people's orders. When I went to collect mine from the counter, straw and spoon was chucked at me from staff member from a distance ( sadly enough she looked to also be the manager) extremely poor customer service food was messy. Ordered large chips aparantly this is what a large chips is.

Always something missing and you get treated like a POS if you dare question their ability to check an order is all there. The manager hobbling around there is a sarcastic gimp.

Yet again, another let down from pukekohe McDonald's. Took 10 minutes for a milkshake after having to ask if they had handed out the order already as the call-out number was quite higher than mine, then 20 minutes for a coffee. Already somewhat disappointed about the wait of a simple item but then 20mins for a coffee is absurd. Not because they were busy, not because of understaffing but simply because off of the younger workers there were either too entitled to or don't know how to make a coffee. All just stood around gossiping. What a joke.

Ordered two iced CARAMEL lattes and only received one with caramel? Was a pretty clear order as even the receipt said both had caramel syrup… order took a while too as there was no one in cafe even after there was four orders waiting to be made. Wouldn’t recommend it here.

Every order we have made over the weekend has always got stuff missing. Sometimes the kids chips, other times burgers. Disappointed. The past 3 times I thought were just one offs but it just keeps happening. Today my Boss burger turned out to be a cheeseburger :( we paid for it and unless we drive all the way back (15min) we can't get out order corrected. Bombay McDonald's seems to be better.

Crazy busy, but only 2 staff knew what was going on. Indian lady at counter very rude when we asked for help and not interested in customer service. Most teen boys there, just loitering and not being helpful or even looking like they knew their job. 2 staff who knew the situation trying to compensate for lack of help from other team members. 25 min wait for our dinner and it was wrong, then 15 minute wait for 2 drinks and 1 apple pie. Ridiculous set up. Employ staff that actually know and do their job, and stop employing idiots or rude people.

Usually, use drive-through, but it is always very busy. If the queue is to the side road, then you are better off parking and going in store to order (if you can).

Late night run was terrible heard workers in the background like there was a party going on? Food was half cold was tired as hell couldn't be bothered going back through drive thru to complain but yep pretty unprofessional.

I always go in to order and wait and the staff always look like they are having a great day, atmosphere is always good and there is an older Maori lady supervisor who is always greatand a superstar in service

Cleanup worker just grabbed my half packet of chips off the table and scrunched it up without even asking. No apology and just shrugged his shoulders. Rude!

Been to this McDonald for the last 4 years and I’ve always enjoyed the dining experience. Staff are friendly, hard working and services are top speed. The restaurant is cleanly and spacious. I tend to enjoy morning dining as there are staffs that are always friendly. Great McDonald, hard to find these days.

I work nightshift and every single time I visit McDonald’s drive-through the workers are off their faces, stoned and slow. This needs to be addressed as I’ve made a complaint before and nothing has been done. I called in to talk to a manager and she was extremely rude didn’t have a name tag and wouldn’t give me her name. Pukekohe McDonald’s is Extremely unprofessional

The Food quality is very bad here. Stale and hard buns, as well stale fries. Just terrible! Would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone!

Five stars for McDonald's Pukekohe thanks to Joy! As a mum she really made our experience. She saw us trying to get to the playground and pointed us in right direction, told us where the high chairs were and caught her wiping them all down for us. The playground was kept in such good clean condition too, not grubby like when I was a kid.

To the ones working on night shift on monday 14th November I hope I don't bump into yous again with your slack of service just had half a slice of cheese in the burger where's the other half?? Absolutely disgusting

This food was alright a lil rushed and sloppy. I got bullied by the random kids that come here after school because I was fat and chubby and ugly. They called called me a slave cuz im black.

If anyone knows mcdonalds drive through, it's me. As a driver, trucks, taxi, and now retired, living mobile in our home on wheels, I have never seen ques such I've seen at mcdonalds pukekohe. Any time of day or night, there's a stinking great que. When I think of maccas in chch, aucks, invercargil, and every town in between, pukekohe is shocking. I give up and go to bp for my coffee. Dunno what's going on, but it needs a rev up

THE SOFT SERVE MACHINE IS WORKING!! My Son was so impressed by this that he made me return twice in 24 hours! Good Fast Service, Clean Restaurant, and Polite staff. Would 100% use this location again.

Pukekohe McDonals really need to expand! They cannot handle the orders and expected service time is between 30-60 mins. Saturday night we pulled up at 10:45pm and left at 11:45pm. No i wouldnt have waited that long however once you enter the drive thru you cannot leave so we were forced to wait the 1 hour for fast food :D

The cooks need to know what goes in the burgers 2 onion rings and 1 slice of tomatoe and 1 end of beetroot with what looked like it was very old lettuce, I mean where's the cheese does not make a salad. And the check out girl arguing with me that something was not on the menu anymore even tho I showed her on line. When I got home and complained the man sent me some vouchers, but still not a nice experience
