While I was at the check out I over heard a conversation with the manager addressing an elderly customer. I could not believe the lack of professionalism and tone used towards this poor old lady, absolutely disgraceful spotlight

I don't usually write reviews but Spotlight Pukekohe needs to review the way they treat customers who have paid for all their items at the fabric counter. To then expect them to queue up again at the exit counter to have their receipt checked and bag looked through is very inconvenient, not to mention humiliating. I never get asked to do this at other stores. I am a regular customer but having to do this every time I come in for fabric is annoying. The entrance is also incredibly awkward for Mums with buggies and small children as well. I have to reverse my buggy through the entry "teeth" and there is very little space to turn around. Not a nice shopping experience anymore sadly.

Really enjoy shopping in this place... Counter staff are welcoming and friendly. Always plenty of stock...

Great staff, always friendly at the main counter. Except one in the material counter, didn't bother to help. But ever time at the entrance counter, those ladies are wonderful & helpful.

Awesome local spotlight with awesome customer service an a large range of items

This shop is a crafting persons heaven. LOTS of everything you could want need and more. Huge selection of crafting items, fabrics, party stuff and majority of everything Youd need for home, party, craft, fun, needs. Helium filling options available on site and a huge range of balloons to choose from along with quite an assortment of options like balloon arches etc that are reasonably priced

I found the store to have a very large selection of items for sale which was good to see but it also makes the store kind of hard to navigate. If they had more space it would be more pleasant.

Why would you want to buy any of their products? When they clearly sold a product that wasnt "fit for the advertised purpose"..yet denied the fact that it was purchased from Spotlight Pukekohe and paid for with cash and they refused a refund, unfortunately a cash receipt couldnt be provided.. you would think in these trying times retailers would be a little more accommodating and try a little harder to satisfy the shopping customers.

I got great yarn and art stuff but none of the specials were loaded at the till. It took ages to get through the checkout.

They claim to be cheapest but K-Mart appears to be more charming as far as rates, layouts and spacing is concerned. Rest spotlight is also not bad 😅

Have received some lovely donations from this store for Maori Women's Refuge. We really appreciate your donations and also happy to help contribute to the lowering of the carbon footprint if you had to throw some useful items into land fills. The blankets, pillows and wall art even with slight damage makes our Whare more of a home 🏡 ❤

Got Christmas decor however the ladies should be a bit more happy and greeting when serving customers just witnessed silence to the point I had to say something

I went into spotlight to look for some parts for a blind rail. The shop assistant knew exactly what I was looking for. She was very helpful, had service with a smile.

The first time I went it was a bit of a sensory overload. They have a huge range of products and slightly more expensive than I thought. However the staff are very helpful and friendly. The 2nd time I went I easily found what I was looking for and it was on sale! So I will be back to look for more bargains because it is quite a neat little shop

Best customer service ever! I had a parcel delivered completely broken and went into the store to get it sorted. I was looked after like an absolute VIP! Highly recommended Spotlight Pukekohe. Staff is the best and go over and above!

I go to this store a lot in the fabric department, I must say that when Sharon is there to serve me it makes me happy 😊. She is a wonderful lady. Happy and always a smile, we even have a joke with each other which I like. Actually the rest of the staff are amazing as well. My favourite spotlight, please keep up your wonderful customer server.

They rip of their customers the price on the selves is different and they charge extra on checkout. I asked manager regarding this then he said its a different barcodes. Consumer looks at the price before he buys a product they don’t know about any barcode. The manager was very rudely.

Lots to choose from. Store is rather "busy", in that it feels very cluttered and almost claustrophobic. Not easy to see where things are and had to guess a little til I stumbled upon what I needed. Staff were amenable but we didn't get a smile or any such welcoming words.

Awesome great to finally have one on this end of Auckland. Ordered balloons for my sons 5th and the staff where great

This store is beautifully displayed and laid out. Great selection of curtians, homewares, mirrors etc.

Lady was really helpful where to find what i wanted and left me to browse the patterns. Enjoyed my visit
