    Absolutely the best when it comes to quality product! Other stores in the great Tāmaki Makaurau imho the chicken is either cooked with burnt oil, the pieces are getting smaller, dry inside or has a taste other than chicken.

    Stopped for takeout lunch and to use the restroom. They have easy to use order screens. The restaurant was moderately busy and my order didn't take too long, the person who put my food on the counter seemed very rushed and wasn't friendly. My order was correct and the food was tasty. Their biggest downfall was the restroom. Unfortunately it would be the most unclean restroom I have ever used in a fast food restaurant, even the white sink obviously hadn't been cleaned properly in quite some time. I would probably go through the drive-thru if I was to visit again.

    Nice food but took way to long to come. We received our order half an hour after it was meant to come as we ordered online. They didn't even give us spoons for potato and gravy... We're they expecting us to eat it with our hands or what? On a positive note chicken and chips was good as always👍

    Service and wait time for takeaway in the drive through was really good. The price for what was tasteless, greasy chicken wasn't! I'm not sure what happened to KFC's 11 different herbs and spices, secret recipe but they were absent on this occasion. A rare treat for us but at just under $39 for two small boxes, it will be a long time before we go to KFC again.

    Food was pretty good As we had specific requests we wanted to order at the counter No one wanted to serve us. We were seen by all staff including one filling a chiller with coleslaw and ignored for around 10 mins before someone finally came over. Only one table was clean despite the restaurant nor drive thru being busy Do better KFC! Disappointing.

    So stood at counter for 10 minutes being ignored Choose not to use that ordering board inside the door as I cannot get the options I want and as a human being I prefer human interaction . No worries I took my business to a competitor who were happy to acknowledge my presence and take my order . Won't bother with KFC again,it's always a lottery anyway as to the standard of the food 🙄

    Service what service! The staff need a good kick in the pants. Atmosphere shocking . Staff just throw the orders on the counter as if the bag is about to blow up. In my 20min wait for a 6 pack of nuggets and a small frys. Every customer returned with their order cause something was missing. Sort yourselves out KFC Bombay!!

    Contrary to popular belief, the chicken and fries were excellently prepared. The chicken was freshly cooked, offering a blend of juicy meat with a crisp skin which crunches upon every bite. The fries had just the right amount of seasoning, not like the nonsense under or over seasoned fries from other branches, or the bland ones from other fast foods. I was lovin' it.

    We used the drive through option. As we drove away we noticed that one of the sides wasn't in the bag! Ripped off! Also the drink was different to what we'd ordered. Overall just a very unpleasant experience. About time they put some effort into their customer care.

    Batter was to crunchy but chicken was nice & tender. items was missed 2 coleslaw and chocolates. No photos was hungry, take our word for it 🤔

    Staff friendly and food good. I would have given KFC Bombay five stars but the cleanliness of the whole place wasn't great and the toilets were disgusting. The whole place needs a good scrubbing.Floors, walls everything.

    Waited longer in the drive thru than my flight from Wellington for 1 regular fries & 1 large fries 👎 🙈 but it wasn’t the wait…it was the UNFRIENDLY service at the window I received from the young guy & cold chippies that must of been sitting it that brown bag for such a long long time while in that longgg Q!!! I’ve gone many time to this KFC & I’ve NEVER had good service!!!

    This is the second time we have been here and they said they can't make burgers both times! Time for a new manager! Also no popcorn chicken as well! Absolutely shocking to call in to get food and they can't supply burgers!! 1/2 hour wait in drive through and can't even get what we want! Really disappointed kfc!

    The worst KFC I have ever been to. All tables were dirty, bins overflowing, toilets disgusting. No tenders available, no bacon for our burgers. Food when it finally came was only just edible. What should have been a quick 15 min stop, turned into a wait of 40 mins for overpriced and barely edible food (with multiple missing items that we had to go back for!) in a dirty dining area. Do not recommend

    Do not recommend going there. Bought a bucket through the Drive Thru tonight, got home (Pukekohe) and found that nearly all the pieces were wings! Chicken was dry too!

    Ordered 4 lunches. 3 boxes of chips missing. Chicken cold. Very disappointed. Phoned store and they wouldn't refund or send vouchers. Said we could come back and collect our 3 missed boxes, by then we were on the motorway and couldn't turn back.

    Even for a KFC this place was grimy. Every surface was filthy, and the bins were overflowing with trash. They literally (not an exaggeration) only have coke (normal/no sugar) and sprite, and in bottles and cans only. It took a pretty standard (for KFC) amount of time to get our food (slow for any other store). The self serve kiosk had mixed up photos on it, so it’s hard to tell what you’re even getting. I ordered a zinger box. The chicken was pretty bland and had a short black hair on it, which was really just the cherry on top of a surprisingly disgusting dining experience.

    It's got good hot chicken meals and fresh , not dry. Customer service was great and quick, even when busy. Not much variety and had no coleslaw at this time, should have had an alternative option but didn't.

    It is far too regular that they mess up my order. This time I ordered (and got charged for) a bacon aioli burger but when I got home, I go a time chicken with mayo and lettuce burger...

    TLDR- avoid going to this KFC it is terrible in all ways! Absolutely terrible experience here, the first time we went it was bad, thought we would give it a second chance today but it was even worse! Waited 30 mins for our order before trying to get attention from staff. Finally I was acknowledged and asked to cancel my order and have a refund as we needed to go. The manager then proceeded to argue with me and ask for my receipt (I ordered on the kiosk and they don't print receipts. However luckily I took a photo) after showing her she argued they hadn't received the order and said I hadn't paid. After I showed her my bank statement at her request she went away and came back with a soggy cold bag saying they had been calling for ages. I had been standing there the whole time and not heard any of the numbers on our receipt. Not to mention the state of the bathrooms and restaurant. This is unacceptable service on many levels! We will not be back again and highly reccomend everyone avoid this KFC.

    Food was good, but what put me of was the Indian lady using the same cloth to wipe down chairs (where people's bottoms sit) on the table as well. Without shaking it off or swapping it out. Nor did she use the cleaning products that she held in one other, people working amongst Public need to realize there's always someone watching.

    Part of our order was missed. There was a sign informing customers that no lettuce was available. The sliders were just a piece of chicken, mayo and bread. No coleslaw or substitute. Veggie Burger combo was pictured with a drumstick (weird) and potato and gravy. But don't be fooled; these are not included in the meal. The Veggie burger tasted sour. Sanitizer by the counter was empty. Staff just ignored this acknowledgement.

    Easy to order using the in-store screens. Quick friendly service. Great location near the motorway for a quick stop on the way in or out of Auckland. Lots of parking with petrol stations nearby and other stores also in the vicinity.

    Ordering was straight forward. It was the amount of time we had to wait for our meal, which was sitting on the counter, as I saw a man put a couple orders on a bench and walked away. Unknown to us, one was for us. We waited over 10mins, just for a random worker to pass our food. I was not happy. I said our food has been sitting just there all that time!!!?? She looked at us and closed the window. Food was cold, no customer service at window, just left to wonder what's happening. Very disappointed, will not be coming back to this store.

    Absolute worst KFC I have ever been to. Ordered a Zinger box meal - burger came with a snack burger patty instead of the normal Zinger chicken breast and instead of 2x wicked wings, there were 0x wicked wings. All of that after waiting 20 minutes. Staff refused to take orders in person, directing everyone to their kiosks - which is great, except if you're trying to pay with cash. Whoever is running this place needs to actually look at what's going on. Complete joke.

    Amazing customer service, very lovely man on the window. Great fresh hot food. Seasoning on chips. Clean restaurant. Everything great even though It was very busy. Best standard of fast food that I’ve had in NZ for a while.
