I've lived in Franklin for a few years, but I haven't been here. Sweet vibe with a ton of beers available. The place was busy, but I was able to get a spot at the bar. Staff was very friendly when picking out beers to try. Carlo was my main server. He was great and very attentive. Beer was good and cold. Tried the pretzel sticks. Those were very good. Next, I tried the pretzel burger and added bacon. Had to pay a dollar more for tots. All were very good. Only gripe is more food details would be good, staff didn't have alot of answers to my food questions. For example, what's on the side salad and why aren't tots on the menu for 1 dollar more. Overall, I'll be back, and I'd recommend this place for a good burger and beer.

Thank you for opening a great beer bar in Franklin! The selection is fantastic and seems to change every time we go. The variety of TN beers is excellent. Service is very friendly and the atmosphere makes it the type of place you can stay for hours. Appetizers are tasty (yummy beer cheese pretzels!!) and food isn’t bad either. There is definitely some welcome creativity on the menu.

We have visited here several times during our visit to Franklin. A fantastic ever changing beer choice all the staff know their beer styles, they are happy for you two ask for a taster. We have only had snacks but the food looks lovely. Prices are good, service is excellent This is the best bar in town. We have enjoyed chatting to the customers, locals and the staff. A great place. THANKYOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY

Hop House has been on my radar for some time, but I don't find myself in Franklin as often as I used to. I finally went and checked this joint out around 5pm on a Friday. I was immediately impressed by the vibe and beer offerings. As someone who doesn't care for IPAs, I was pleasantly surprised that there were multiple offerings of different varieties. More specifically, they had some seasonal Marzens that I was more than happy to try. The service is pretty laid back and not particularly in a rush (not in a bad way) to do anything. Multiple bartenders were cool with my buddy trying about half a dozen samples to find something he'd enjoy. I went with the pretzel burger for food. That was a solid burger. The real stars of the dish were the tots. Phenomenal. There's definitely a neighborhood presence, as most of the bartenders knew about 15 combined patrons that came walking in at different points. Price point is about average for what one can expect. Five beers and a plate of food ran me roughly $45 before the inclusion of tax. I've added this chill spot to my rotation, and will definitely be back soon. High praise, Hop House. Well done.

Great local pub located just half a block off of Main St. in the heart of downtown Franklin, Tn. Hop House has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a large rotating selection of local beer on tap. The food menu is small, but has plenty of great options, and evolves and changes from season to season. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the beer and food that they serve. If you’re from out of town and you want to rub elbows with locals, this is the place to go. Happy hour is Monday thru Thursday 2-5pm.

Best bar in Franklin from my biased opinion. It's open late-er than most others in the area, but aside from that, the food is good, the beer is plenty and varied, and the bartenders are friendly. It has a nice, vibe. Not too loud, not too quiet. I like the Tennessee shaped sign to the left after entering. I'm not going to say it's a must visit in Franklin, but it's a you'll WANT to visit if you're looking for a good drink and bite to eat.

Great vibe, pretty pricey but generally good time no complaints here! Great selection. Would make a great date night! Food was yummy too, took a bit but would recommend!

What a great, hidden gem on 5th avenue, just off of main street. Awesome draft beer selection, and the bartenders let you try before you buy, which is really appreciated so you don't have buyer's remorse on a draft beer. The food was really good too!

Cool little place with a decent selection of local craft brews. They offer flights too, which is great for trying some offerings from a brewery or two that you don’t have time to visit on your short trip. I did not try the food here, as I had just eaten at Mellow Mushroom.

Fun atmosphere, and friendly people. Dog friendly patio. You can order food from a couple of nearby places and they will bring it over. In a very cute part of old town.
