Wow. Where do I begin. As a regular @ptchevmcdonals, I was expecting my usual dry, stale, and bland double cheese burger and chicken nuggets. However upon stepping foot in the front door, I knew this experience would be different. The atmosphere was the first thing I noticed. Great tunes, some diplo to set the mood for the rest of my evening. Next, the service. I was absolutely blown out of the park by the hospitality of the staff. The cherry on top of this incredible experience was the delectable, succulent and flavourful kai I was given. 10/10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst experience. They just tgrow some meat and bread pieces in the burger box. Not clean. Wrap was so dry. Chicken was overcooked and not juicy.. the kids play area have no ventilation and it stinks inside.

Ordered food on the kiosk and then ordered coffee in a separate transaction a few minutes later. It took us eating the food and then asking about the coffee.... and then asking again as the girl forgot for us to get our coffee. 20 minutes later. I understand its a long weekend and potentially busier... but it wasn't overall busy at the time. The toilets need attention!

NOT recommended! My first experience of MacDonald in NZ. Look at how pathetic is the double cheese burger and Mac Spicy burger. The double cheese burger was so thin, and the Mac spicy chicken ($9.40) is a small little piece. Worse ever Mac Donald I ever had.

After a long day out we decided to stop in for a takeaway, only to discover half way home our nuggets had been forgotten and the burger box was empty. Not a happy family! Wont be back

Best McDonald's on the motorway back to Auckland. Take your well-deserved rest break here! Service a bit slow but you can afford to chill out for a while before you drown yourself in the traffic gridlock that is Auckland roads!

We dined in and unfortunately service was slow, by the time we got our food everything had gone cold. The coffee we got was also tepid, despite getting it straight after it was made. The food probably would have been nice if it had been warm however the cold burgers were dry and overall unpleasant to eat -mostly going in the bin. If I was to come back I would probably go through the drive through and hope the food came out a lot warmer.

Consistently the same food/quality as any other McDonald's. Very much "comfort" food You know what your getting, fast and filling. Very chemically smelling restroom was not pleasant though. There needs to be fresh air coming in there to air the restrooms out.

Nov 2023 The food was great and the service was great too. The atmosphere was a bit cool, temperature wise, which was compensated by finding a sunny spot near an outside window. In general the restaurant was clean and tidy.

Food and service was too notch for fast food. So many McDonald's stores are producing wet soggy meat, unmelted cheese and sloppy burger construction. I can confirm this place delivers good food, consistently for my night driving needs.

Actually got my order CORRECT. And appreciated the free fries the manager gave my baby when she tried crawling behind the counter to eat an old chip on the ground!
