Sweet cornbread and mashed potatoes. Beautiful patio right on the bayou. Bring cash to tip (they take cards, but you can't leave a gratuity that way). Make the trip!

They gave me BURNT pork chops. I am so disgusted. They are black & burnt through and through. They need to be same.

Recommended to me by guide at Swamp Base. Bit off the beaten path but well worth the drive. Friendly staff. Excellent food. Fried Pork Chop, cornbread stuffing, green beans, 2 yeast rols and some cake. Awesome little place.

The staff and the food is top of the line. Treat you like family. Had await for lunch on the patio made sure we had cold water. The food was just like mom would cook. I’ll be back.

Great place and great food. I had enough food left over to take home to eat for dinner.
