Update: six months later and the absolute butcher of a job they did can finally be somewhat evened out by a REPUTABLE HAIRDRESSER! still can’t believe our experience here and notice how owners reply only to positive feedback. I came in to get my daughters hair cut with some framing around her face. They weren’t sure on the framing so my fault for going ahead with it I guess but one would hope a ‘professional’ wouldn’t do something they weren’t confident in. The back of her hair is the length we asked for however it is still edgy and blunt and he frankly went way too short on the sides. We were very specific in saying we didn’t want a fringe and that’s exactly what we left with. Luckily it grows back but not a nice experience and wouldn’t recommend 😞 Before and after pics in photos

Guess what. I found Pukekohe’s best Butcher in town. And it’s Cloud9. Go here if you want to be overcharged for having your hair butchered. Just had a $28 haircut from some pretender hair ‘barber’ because clearly they have lost all their staff and it came down to this lady who you could tell didnt know what she was doing. Then the poor guys waiting after me I thought well if I go down today with my bad haircut im taking you all with me.

Do not go here! Went for a trim. Asked for my fringe to be on my eyebrow for length. Absolutely butchered it, way too short, took at least 2 inches more than I showed. Also not even straight. Looks like a 4 year old did it with the kitchen snips. No apology. I certainly won't go back. Very unhappy.

Had extremely bad experience... Absolutely butchered my hair... I asked for waist length hair even showing the picture of the hairstyle I would like to have but I got very small hair that reach just below my shoulder... Now I have to grow my hair for atleast 2 years, if not more to get the hair style I wished... The other staff was friendly but the hairstylist was very inexperienced, didn't knew what he was doing.. I will never go there again... I don't recommend them at all... Don't get tricked with their low price...

Very very very unprofessional staff. They don't even listen what customer wants. I got a haircut from there and it was a worst hair cut of my life. I highly suggest DON'T GO TO THIS BARBER. I don't know why he cuts too fast.

I have been visiting Cloud 9 for close to 4 years and always satisfied with the haircuts. The team is very professional, especially Anil today gave me a great haircut. Highly recommend them to anyone in Pukekohe.

I went in to get eyebrows and upper lip threaded with the thought it was $15 as advertised in their brochure once completed it had gone up $6 now costing $21 i used after pay and they added on an extra $7 total rip offs
