Waited over a half hour for our food. Asked numerous times for our food and was ignored. Tables were NOT clean by any standards. Not to mention, workers were standing on the tables and not cleaning them after. Very disgusted.

This review was originally posted 3 years ago, but I got the location wrong because I was also going to the McDonald's in Kittanning at the time. The notification to review popped up on my phone and I wasn't paying attention to the location. Yeah, after riding 27.5 miles on the Allegheny River Trail, the McDonald's in Franklin PA wouldn't serve me because I was on a bicycle in their drive-thru. Thank goodness there was a water fountain in Riverfront Park. Because they wouldn't serve me, I have no idea as to the quality of their service or anything beyond my experience above. It was my first ride of this length during the pandemic and I had forgotten a mask so I couldn't go in anywhere and had used up all the water I could carry. Again, thankfully there was water in the park or I may have been so dehydrated on the ride back that I would have passed out with no one around.

Worst McDonald's in the county. Food is either always cold, or you wait entirely too long and is still most likely not freshly made. I have never received even fresh fries from this location. Drive-thru has always taken at least over 15 minutes. Staff can be rude even when only going through the drive-thru. Only been helped by one very nice employee after four different attempts to order food from here. Do not recommend in it's current conditions.

My soccer team stopped here and we got our food in a timely manner. We had 20 kids there and everyone got their food quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

Always do mobile orders here and get my iced coffee. I love that it is waiting on the counter with my name on it when I arrive. Quick in and out. Love it! And the staff is always very friendly.

Ordered one thing at the drive through. Had to pull ahead and wait they never brought it out after 15 minutes. Got mad and left . Never go there again.

I waited 30 min for a order I made in the app. They gave me another person's food then took it back and threw it right in the garbage can then proceed to give me my order in parts 4 different times and said it was complete when I was still missing parts. It was a ordeal I will never take part in again. I'd rather starve then go back to the Franklin McDonald's.

I get that this is a kids job but please hire the kids that actually wanna do there job and a female manager that don’t have a mustache bigger then mine as a 28 year old man also don’t sit there and demand $15 an hr and forget what goes in the order that’s all rant over will definitely drive the extra 20 min to oil city!!!!!!

It's a McDonald's, enough said about the food. But the staff at this one are very polite. We were there early morning and the staff were friendly and polite

It was okay. I just hate being treated like I'm bothering you when I order or ask for something. I don't go there often but it's usually the same awful every time anyway.

Food was great. I was in and out in just a few minutes and wonderful customer service
