I've
been
a
medicore
crossfitter
for
the
last
six
years.
During
that
time,
I've
been
a
member
at
multiple
boxes,
dropped
in
at
numerous
others
while
traveling,
and
gone
through
periods
of
attempting
to
program
my
own
workouts
to
save
money.
I
joined
Crossfit
Wilco
two
months
ago,
just
after
they
opened,
and
I've
worked
out
more,
identified
more
weaknesses,
and
received
more
quality
coaching
than
any
two
month
period
during
my
six
years
of
working
out
for
time.
Guess
what?
My
fitness
and
body
composition
have
improved.
Amazing
how
that
works...
The
programming
is
unique
because
not
only
is
there
a
traditional
workout
of
the
day,
there
is
an
extensive
strength
program
provided
every
day
as
well.
The
strength
work
is
far
and
beyond
the
weekly
5x5
back
squat
or
DL
thrown
in
before
the
WOD,
like
at
a
lot
of
places.
It's
a
well
thought
out
style
of
programming
that
allows
you
to
track
progress
on
major
lifts
while
doing
the
accessory
work
that
will
actually
make
your
strength
grow
in
a
balanced
way.
The
facility
and
equipment
are
well
thought
out
and
of
high
quality,
and
they're
always
looking
to
improve
and
add
to
it.
Lastly,
in
my
opinion,
a
sure
sign
of
a
quality
and
intentional
business
is
the
visibility
and
presence
of
ownership/management.
Hang
out
at
Crossfit
Wilco
long
enough
on
any
given
day,
and
you'll
see
one,
if
not
all
three
of
the
owners
there,
either
coaching,
working
out,
or
networking
and
building
the
community.
Bonuses:
1.
The
locker
rooms/bathrooms/showers
are
very
nice
and
include
shampoo,
body
wash,
conditioner,
AND
towels
so
all
you
have
to
bring
is
a
change
of
clothes.
No
more
drying
off
with
paper
towels
because
you
forgot
your
towel...
2.
Membership
includes
a
subscription
to
Beyond
the
Whiteboard
(BTWB),
which
is
a
robust
fitness
tracking
program
that
allows
you
to
log
and
recall
your
workouts
and
strength
numbers,
and
compare
your
fitness
level
to
the
entire
BTWB
community.
