I can’t recommend them enough. Every single thing about the service I get here is amazing. They custom designed a ring for me and stuck exactly to the budget I asked. I couldn’t be happier with how much care they put into every little detail they did AND the price they did it for. Chris is by far the most honest jeweler I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I drive over an hour from my home to buy from them and it’s worth it. They have significantly more selection than any jeweler around. No matter if your looking for a simple band or pair of earrings or that “can see from across the room” piece of beautiful jewelry he has it, and has it in stock.

Great Place! Chris is fabulous! Don't let the curbside view fool you! I sold a gold bracelet to him for at least $35 more then I had previously been offered. Chris also fixed an antique gold tennis bracelet for me in-house (everyone else wanted to send it away and charge a fortune) in just 2 days! I have been so pleased with the service there, I am eager to continue to do more business! Diamonds are a girls' best friend and Chris knows how to hook a girl up!

The worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I called and left text messages and voice messages everyday with no response. The only reason I came was because my boss had asked me to drop a ring off, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a jump ring put on my chain as my mother gave me a locket that's been in the family for generations. I should have read the reviews. Believe the bad reviews you are reading on here, I had the same problems. After not getting a response and driving over numerous times with the dog laying by the door, lights on but doors locked and no one answering as I'm knocking, the door was finally open and the son was able to find the locket. He said Chris was in Barcelona and by the looks of the store, an absolute mess, papers thrown everywhere, jewelry laying out everywhere and fast food bags littering the counters. It was obvious that something is definitely wrong. I'm being serious when I say BEWARE!

Being a high schooler in Hendersonville who works in Franklin, finding time can be challenging. However, when I walked into the store to have my watch links removed, they went above and beyond by staying open past closing time to ensure my watches fit perfectly. Their speedy and exceptional service meant a lot to me.
