My experience with Franklin Skin and Laser has been nothing but positive! The front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and makes you feel welcome both in-person and over the phone. It is obvious that the staff is experienced, professional and held to very high standards. The providers are kind, patient, easy to talk to, and I feel very comfortable asking them questions. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything (no pushy sales-y vibes here!) and I always feel well-informed about treatments. I have yet to meet a provider (or treatment) here that I didn’t love and see great results from, and I have seen over 6 different providers for a variety of services. I saw Dr. Bengelsdorf to get a small skin tag removed and it was a super quick and painless process with great results that have truly improved my confidence. Franklin Skin and Laser is truly a one-stop shop for your laser and aesthetic treatment needs and I cannot recommend it enough!

This place has one of the best and cheapest services in probably the whole middle Tennessee. There deals and warranty also good if you ever want to go back touch up on spots that might have been missed. Also, they we will work with you to get your appointments set up. Great place.

Franklin skin and laser has supported me in multiple aspects of my life. In terms of the dermatology side Dr. B is truly amazing. He is kind, considerate, and most importantly is the only doctor within the 4 year span that I’ve had an issue to address it and fix it. Truly he knows what he is talking about and is very knowledgeable. In terms of the laser side, they know what they are doing! I was very worried about being scarred because of horror stories I’ve heard about other places in the past from friends. After 4 years, I’ve completed my cycles and I’m very pleased with the results. Don’t walk, run here and book that appointment !!!

I had my eyebrows micro bladed in 2018 and immediately regretted that decision. My friends and family kept telling me that it looked alright and that I should keep it. Finally I went to Franklin Skin and Laser and had them removed. Best decision of my life! I’m so grateful for them and their services. I also had them perform laser hair removal as well as get rid of some skin tags. They are great, very professional and will take care of you!

Only great experiences here! Dr. Bengelsdorf is a minimalist. He really listens to concerns and offers multiple options to achieve your desired outcome. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and attentive as well! Very pleased. This will be the only place I ever go to for Botox/filler needs.

I can not say enough great things about Franklin Skin and Laser. From the moment you walk into the beautifully decorated office, you immediately feel welcomed by the front desk staff. Everyone is warm and welcoming. I get my Botox done by Carmen and she does an amazing job. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and make sure all your questions are addressed. I saw Megan for my Crystal Clear Facial and she is just the best. She is kind and gentle and walks you through the treatment so you know what to expect. She has a knowledgeable and caring touch. You can genuinely feel the positive environment from the whole office. I highly recommend going to this office for all your skin and aging concerns.

It was above my expectations. I had a bad micoblading that I really wanted to be done with and after 15 mins it looked two hundred percent better. I have one more visit to finish up. I am very pleased. The girls are amazing. They made me very comfortable with the procedure and explained it to a tee. And the pain really wasn't that bad.
