The
move
in
process
was
terrible.
We
never
received
a
welcome
letter.
We
didn’t
even
know
our
lease
was
ready
to
sign
until
my
relocation
agent
called.
When
we
moved
in
there
was
quite
a
bit
of
damage
in
the
apartment
and
it
doesn’t
feel
premium.
We
pay
for
the
renovated
unit
but
it
doesn’t
feel
renovated-
the
molding
and
pain
are
sloppy
and
the
plugs
in
at
the
bar
area
weren’t
working.
There
is
damage
on
the
baseboards
in
every
area.
I
still
see
white
paint
on
the
entry
door
and
red
paint
in
the
bathroom.
The
staff
is
also
very
unhelpful.
The
manager,
Price,
is
nice
and
helped
fix
the
issues
one
of
the
staff
created
when
we
moved
in.
However
if
he
isn’t
available
the
remaining
office
staff
is
worthless.
I
get
excuses
when
i
speak
to
them
not
results.
I
got
told
3
times
today
“I’m
just
telling
you
what
the
property
manager
told
me”.
If
that
is
the
case
why
even
hire
these
people
if
all
they
are
going
to
do
is
stone
wall
us
residents.
Maybe
it
is
a
case
of
the
management,
not
giving
the
employees
the
tools
to
solve
problems
on
their
own
but
ultimately
we
as
Residents
suffer
and
that’s
not
OK.
They
have
no
idea
how
the
Amazon
locker
system
works
-
they
didn’t
even
know
they
have
to
initiate
the
sign
up
process.
They
told
me
to
figure
it
out
myself
and
when
I
called
customer
service
I
was
told
the
property
management
team
has
to
send
a
sign
up
email
to
me.
I
currently
have
a
package
trapped
in
the
locker
I
have
no
access
to.
Overall
this
was
not
a
good
experience.
Time
will
tell
but
I
don’t
for
see
we
will
stick
around
for
very
long
