    The move in process was terrible. We never received a welcome letter. We didn’t even know our lease was ready to sign until my relocation agent called. When we moved in there was quite a bit of damage in the apartment and it doesn’t feel premium. We pay for the renovated unit but it doesn’t feel renovated- the molding and pain are sloppy and the plugs in at the bar area weren’t working. There is damage on the baseboards in every area. I still see white paint on the entry door and red paint in the bathroom. The staff is also very unhelpful. The manager, Price, is nice and helped fix the issues one of the staff created when we moved in. However if he isn’t available the remaining office staff is worthless. I get excuses when i speak to them not results. I got told 3 times today “I’m just telling you what the property manager told me”. If that is the case why even hire these people if all they are going to do is stone wall us residents. Maybe it is a case of the management, not giving the employees the tools to solve problems on their own but ultimately we as Residents suffer and that’s not OK. They have no idea how the Amazon locker system works - they didn’t even know they have to initiate the sign up process. They told me to figure it out myself and when I called customer service I was told the property management team has to send a sign up email to me. I currently have a package trapped in the locker I have no access to. Overall this was not a good experience. Time will tell but I don’t for see we will stick around for very long

    I’ve been living here for two years, here are my thoughts: Highlights- 1. Cheryl is always very nice and considerate. She always has a genuine concern for the residents needs Negatives- 1. Work orders are not addressed timely 2. Not enough staff to address/ keep up with resident needs 3. Main Pool has been closed for two summers (no update on when it will be open) 4. Gym has been closed for over 1 year (no updates on when it will be open) 5. Tameka in the office is extremely unprofessional and unfriendly 6. Rent has been significantly increased 7. Over charging and under delivery 8. Constant water shut off for an entire day 9. Extremely low water pressure

    Lived here for 2 years. - Extremely low water pressure, - People are constantly walking in and out of the road (there are no sidewalks) - Amenities (pool, gym, etc.) are nonexistent. They have never been available in my time there, - Rent is way, WAY too expensive for what you get elsewhere, - Work orders do not get fielded soon enough, - There are constant, unannounced water shut-offs due to maintenance. In conclusion, look elsewhere. This place is not worth anywhere near the insane prices they ask. If they charged $1200 per month for a one-bedroom, I’d understand. My wife and I paid $2200 per month for a two-bedroom apartment, and again, this place is basically a garbage dump.

    STAY AWAY. Not worth the money. There’s no working amenities. I’ve emailed 10plus times and sent in work orders and have never got a response. The old management company would at least respond grey star does not. I haven’t had a mailbox key since i moved here in July. They told me they have emergencies they have to handle first. I also have mold in my kitchen that i now have to obtain a lawyer to try to get out of this awful place.

    This is The Worst community I have ever seen. under the new Management things have worsen, their interest is to plunder as much as they can without adding any value, improvement and changing conditions at all. Handover from last management was a nightmare and they continue to keep making excuse of it and simultaneously adding charges without any appropriate discussion and transparency. They are very good in threatening with legal consequences for even simple things, will enforce any charge and give excuse of lease contract and will change the rent portal so that you cannot refer your documents anymore. I seriously doubt the security of personal information the way they enforce people to move to new payment platform without giving alternative. You cannot see your past payment history, your service requests and refer them back. You call them and leave a message and they will never return your call. If they are doing anything on emergency call its their obligation not a courtesy. As a resident they are not doing any favor to anyone there. This is the worst management and staff I have every seen. Most of the good reviews here are bought and the management is good at it. Its better to buy homes rather than rent here and run their salaries. How would you help, don’t even return calls. Earlier management was better in the sense that at least they will return calls

    would like to leave a review for the apartment maintenance staff. We had an emergency issue of water clogging in our bathroom on a Sunday morning. We reached out to the apartment maintenance staff and they arrived within an hour. The maintenance staff quickly identified that the issue was not at the individual apartment level, but rather a blockage affecting multiple units. They were able to bring everything back to normal within an hour. The team of Bobby and David were rockstars. Thank you for your quick and efficient service. I also want to mention that the new management is awesome.

    I’ve lived here for just over 4 years. We’ve seen alot of staff come and go in that time. I wanted to publicly thank David from maintenance for being the backbone of this place since he started here. Who’s out there at night picking up trash? David. Who was there on a Sunday evening when I couldn’t get in my garage to go to work? David. Who cleaned the breezeway when the guy downstairs trashed it? David. I am honored to call him a friend and a neighbor. Keep hiring people like that please. That’s the caliber of employee I look for in a business.

    I absolutely love it here! Spacious floor plans, nice amenities and super friendly and caring staff, especially the maintenance team. They go above and beyond. Definitely recommend checking out these apartments!
