Takes a while at drive through sometimes, but everything is cooked to order. My wife loves this place.

It would've been AMAZING ... IF I had gotten what I ordered. Thankfully, I checked before I left parking lot and the cashier fixed it. Overall, good experience, great food ... a little pricey, but that's expected nowadays 😬

Drive thru attendant needs to smile when she is talking to you...l felt like l was interrupting her or something...very cordial at the window... Food.???. Baked potato looked and tasted like yesterday's potato warmed up... couldn't eat it..ordered a piece of chicken with my fish dinner...not quality for what l paid ...who orders chicken at a fish joint, anyways, right ..fish and slaw was very good...l will go back ..

My house mate & I drove from south side of Portland TN, to Franklin Captain Ds today btw 230 & 3 p.m. We placed our order at the drive thru. Courteous & efficient service. Once we got home to enjoy our meal~it was great! Still warm, after a 20 minute drive home. Everything was freshly cooked & perfect! Just wanted give a shout out with a positive note. Great job y'all!

Food was good, employees were nice, place was clean

Portions were a bit small as to my side order of catfish, but all in all. I enjoyed my take out. And to be super busy, my rather large order was correct.

We stopped for dinner, and we were very disappointed the fish was fried so fast the outside got done the inside got partially done but raw fish and batter not done inside. But the unsweetened tea was good as was hubbys shrimp was good. We decided that we won't be back to this captain D's.
