    My employer has recently added a requirement of needing a DOT Medical Card for the job requirements. I showed up to this location to complete the DOT Physical. Because this is a new requirement for my position, I had no choice but to complete it (aside from quitting). I went in to the clinic knowing I was not going to pass. I have a service connected disability that is not waiverable. That being said, I am not upset I didn't pass, I knew I wouldn't. What I am upset with is the amount of gossip that occurs here, and the (I am almost certain) HIPAA violations that occurred from so called trained medical professionals. If I am sitting in an exam room, with the door closed, I should not be able to hear the nurses passing judgement on me. That means every other patient in an exam room can hear the same conversation of "I do not know why he showed up with (not going to disclose my condition). He should have known he was going to fail. Why waste our time?"... Because it is required by my employer that I go through the process. Do you job, and keep your personal opinions and gossip to yourself. It's 2022, I'm sure there's plenty of people for you to stick your nose in their business outside the clinic.

    While the staff are all very cordial, I absolutely hate when I have to come here. My time is very valuable to me, but every single time I have to come in, so much of my time is wasted waiting in the lobby and then in an exam room. I have been here for an hour and a half and still waiting just today. I have had to wait even longer on past visits. It is infuriating. Then the doctor rushes in and rushes out before you even realize that half of what you had questions about didn’t get answered.

    This place is so slow I am here waiting to be seen at urgent care when I first walked in the lady was not at the front desk she was in the urgent care talking with the nurses so I waited she had seen me several times and never came out till I waved her over. Then we have this long wait I just want relief for my ears that are hurting which I have been here for already.

    franklin location, what a scam outfit this is (watch out they overcharge hoping you don't catch it). all i needed was 2 scripts wrote for daily blood pressure meds i take.. i was paying cash no insurance just moved here. i had empty current script bottles and i.d. in hand, i wasn't sick or hurt, so at the desk they said it would be $100 today and they would bill me for any extra charges like test and such. i said i don't need test, i'm not sick or in any distress at all, i just need 2 simple daily med scripts wrote ,,this should be simple quick should be nothing to this. so she went and talked to the doctor came back said yeah ok a $100 will cover it, so we did it, got my meds at their pharmacy and left. a month later i get a bill for an additional $95 dollars from them, i was so mad,,had they said upfront the visit would have cost me $200 for 5 minutes and 2 eight dollar scripts i would have laughed and walked out, so when they sent another bill for $95 more,,,i was so mad i called billing, as i was telling the lady how wrong this bill is,,she cut me off and said -- oh yes sir i see here on your bill they quoted you $100 so i'll take the extra $ 95 off, i was immediately confused and started questioning her,, if it says $100 on my bill why are you billing me for $195.00 , she said unless the patient calls in they don't really know...(WHAT? ) that made no sense. u said it shows that i was to be charged $100 on my bill, so how can it be 2 different things ? lets just slip another $95 in there maybe he will be too dumb to notice and will just pay it, watch out for this place check your bills who knows what they will slip in there....and so if i don't call in it's ok to just over charge me, even though through her own admission it shows to charge $100 on the paper or screen she was looking at, what a sneaky deceitful business practice, i'll never go back.

    An hour before close..... I get told that they are cutting off services, but I could come back tomorrow, ... One person was waiting. You can't see more than one person per hour??? The more I deal with this place the less I am impressed. If you are closing at 6.... Then just make those your hours.

    People are professional and helpful. They are always kind to the children. We live in Scottsville and the children ask me to take them here when they are sick since it's so much better than our hometown clinic. They have a pharmacy right on premises so if you need medication they can fill it while you're there. They run tests and give care just like our other Dr except they are open until 7pm and on Saturdays.

    Even though I had to wait awhile with the systems down on 07/15/23 the NP did an excellent job on my needs and providing me with refills and medications. The staff was quick and helpful also.

    Be certain to get verbal directions, which may not help still since the lady I talked to told me, "right behind the veterinarian", which was wrong. Google took me to the wrong location since they evidently have multiple buildings, some with no signage and if you call the number listed here it gives you a call center. If they can't give patients sinple easy directions to their exact location, I'm afraid of what medical advice they give?
