I'm a 3 year resident moving out in a few weeks. The property manager is delightful to work with & maintenance is usually completed within 24-48 hours. My main issue here would be the age of the property & pest (silverfish & stinkbug) problems. It is affordable for the area, but I wouldn't pay over $850/mo to live here. ... Units near the main street will feel the building shake as trucks drive by.

We are currently on our 2nd 12 month lease. I have a few things I'd like to mention: Maintenance gets an A+, they address your needs within 24 hours and are nice people. The apartments are very reasonable price considering the space, amenities, and location. My fiance and I were initially planning on only being here for 2 years, but now we are planning to stay for a few more years because we like it so much. I'd suggest this apartment for anyone who wants to live in Franklin, have a nice home with nice amenities, but not pay the typical Franklin apartment prices.

Update to my review from 7 months ago. Got my full security deposit back within 3 weeks. They make it super convenient to deposit it to your bank for a fee or print the check from online. Management got a lot better with answering the phone after I moved at the end of June. They were super easy to reach and able to give me status updates of my apartment since I left a week before my lease was up. I definitely wish I could’ve brought the property management to my new complex because I’m sure they’d be awesome here. Thanks again for making this a great place to live.

My wife and I and our friends we’ve gotten to move to the neighborhood really enjoy the pool days - the new pool update this past year worked out really well. Management does what they can to address any problems when I bring them forward and maintenance requests taken care of pretty quickly. Lots of waste receptacles/bags for picking up after our pup.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost 4 years and overall we have been very happy. Previous management was sub par, but ever since they hired new staff- we are pleased! Very prompt with maintenance requests. Easy to pay rent online, send in maintenance requests, you’re able to text the front office if you can’t get through by calling. Since Covid, they have been constantly upgrading and improving the overall complex. This is a safe, and homey community. Great place to live and you can’t beat the price for all that’s included!

I have lived at Whitnal Park on two separate occasions. I left to move into a townhouse for more space for my daughter and I, and regretted it instantly. Moved back into Whitnal Park a year later. Destiny & Justine are absolutely amazing. My first move in, Destiny was the only person I worked with, and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, easy, smooth process. She was friendly, helpful, professional and a lot of fun to work with. She made the stress of apartment “shopping” as a (very stressed) newly single mother a hundred times easier. With how expensive the apartment / house market is right now I was highly impressed with the prices of Whitnal Park with how amazing & safe the location is and all the GREAT amenities they have to offer. Recently I had a small / minor issue with my apartment, Justine acted quickly & professional to assess the situation, and resolve it with a solution that benefitted both myself and the complex. She was so understanding and accommodating. Again, the process was quick, simple and smooth. The office is beyond understanding that everyone is human and we all have things going on and are going through life. And I think that’s what I appreciate most about them. They are easy to talk to, and do whatever they can to help in time of need. All they ask for is simple…. Communication. ☺️ My daughter loves the new pool connected to the club house & we were there almost every single day this summer. My boyfriend and I LOVE the gym in the club house and think it has more than enough equipment than your average apartment gym. I also love the hot tub 😍 My neighbors are all very kind and friendly & it’s a quite little area. I love the Franklin school district for my daughter as well. 15/10 Reccomend Whitnal Park to ANYONE that I know ☺️☺️

I rented here for nine months and in that time not one issue was ever addressed by management. My washer/dryer unit hadn't worked since I moved in and management kept saying the maintenance guy was "too booked up." I found mold in my bathroom and after sending pictures to the management, they claimed I photoshopped it. The entire complex reeks of drugs and filth and I wouldn't recommend anyone rent here on their worst day.

The staff at Whitnall, especially Justine, has been great! I used to live on the property a few years ago and just recently moved back due to the great changes that have happened! The new pool and fitness area are great and maintenance has been super fast and easy to work with.

Very nice apartment complex. Great amenities! Management was very nice and helpful. Athena was the leasing agent on the tour today I give her 5 stars!

I had lived there for many years and just recently bought a house. The staff is amazing and very responsive. Very nice area and quiet! I highly enjoyed my time living there! I definitely will miss all the amenities!
