It's Waffle House. Service was a little slow. It we be nice if they would take the initiative to ask the rude, obnoxious, inebriated patrons to leave voluntarily.

It was just plan bad over crowded understaffed server was refusing to give change on cash order do to it taking to long his words not mine and this was on a wensday night could not image it on a weekend

Waffle House on a crowed Saturday morning is freaking awesome. Food flying everywhere, people cussing, babies crying, don’t get any better. Food was fantastic, servers we attentive and skilled. Wish I could give them a six. Don’t forget to ask for the secret menu.

The best Waffle House I have ever been to. I went twice while in Franklin. First time was late on a Saturday night, and they were very busy. Still, the service was fast. Both the waffle and hashbrowns were just right, neither overcooked nor undercooked. Restaurant was clean, and the service was polite and attentive. Nearer where I live, this is rarely the case, so I was thrilled to find this location.

Delicious food 😋 good service We stopped by here tonight for some breakfast food and as always you get all the signature waffle house flavors from their tea to there waffles the grits eggs. This restaurant has been really consistent with their food quality.

I travel alot, try alot of food and talk to many people. I thought I didn't like waffle house till I arrived at this one. Daniel, (the cook) insured my order was accurate, fresh and most importantly he was extremely fast. Held a nice conversation with me aswell while I was eating and truly seems like an all around great guy. Will definitely be back during the remainder of my stay to pay a visit to my friend Daniel!

The food was good and the service was spectacular. I had the chicken hash brown bowl with onions and mushrooms added in. I’m told the patty melt, breakfast plate, and cheeseburger were good as well.

Food was good, server was attentive. Missing a star because the young man bussing the tables was intentionally loud, throwing plates and silverware in the tub.

I work 3rd shift at the waffle house in Franklin off exit 96 an I love my store it's the best waffle house between Columbia an Hardin so I know these star's are lit up the way they should be thank you to all my customers that comes threw to see me or just stop in an eat u guys mean allot to all of us at store 483

Best Waffle House I have been to in awhile. Food was cooked just right. Lots of attention from servers. Will definitely go back to this one. I ordered grilled chicken and my son got the All American breakfast.

We are always pleased with this Waffle House. Always pleasant experience you can expect food to tasty like last visit! Had a new server very sweet and Chris our cook was great and friendly as always!

I haven't ever eaten at a Waffle House and I have to say I was presently surprised. The food was rather good. The cook was working his butt off! We got in after 10pm from our flight and nothing else was open so it was a busy place. This didn't phase him though. He took every order, stayed focused and knocked them out!

Hands down, best breakfast at a Waffle house, we've ever tasted. The cook and the girl waiting tables, were in sync and efficient. My only regret? Not getting their names so I could mention them both personally. The other waitress was either on break or busy elsewhere, for most of our time there, because it was just the 1 young waitress and the cook, and boy did they work well together! I usually don't eat hash browns, but these were perfectly cooked and were the highlight of my breakfast!!!! So glad we ate here!

Yesterday I was in around 10:30 after Bonnaroo for a much needed refueling. Our waitress was kind & welcoming. The line filled up behind us & we opted to sit at the bar. Shortly after seating and seeing the rush she was handling, some overly entitled dude skipped the ten people waiting. Then he had the audacity to reprepremand the waitress after she asked him to wait. It was a lot. The manager handled the situation like a pro! Also, the tiny dinosaurs bring me so much joy every time!

This was my best experience at any Waffle House! Last night the staff helped me decide what I wanted to order and how much it would cost based on my budget. They were professional, friendly, and made me feel very welcomed. I got everything I needed. The order was correct: even my special requests, and they reminded me to get all of the extra condiments I wanted. The service was unparalleled. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great job! Sat at the bar with three people to eat faster. We had the best server! The food was good and I was surprised to see the assistant manager working the grill. He knows his way around the kitchen! Everything was perfect, thank you!

I went to theWaffle House on Hwy 96 in Franklin TN. On the door was a large yellow sign advising to be kind to the employees who showed up for work today. There was no sign thanking customers for showing up to spend their money. There were four employees and six customers. I had on sandals. The floors were filthy, the table and seats were not clean. The front door and threshold were filthy. A sweep and a quick mop would not be enough. The edges of the floors and around the booth was thick with black grime. This is four miles from home and I used to go there. My friend wanted a waffle. The black grime was very thick but my friend wanted a Waffle House so I stayed. This place needs to be closed for a few hours and scrubbed.

Best experience I've had getting food in a long time. The food was fresh and came out fast, the place was very clean and the waitress, Jean, was an absolute delight! Very happy with my visit!

If you have ever been to a waffle house you know what to expect, not to expect, and when it's just plain bad. This waffle house is one of the good ones. Staff was friendly, food was as expected, and over all service was great. If you go mid morning on a weekend expect the wait like you would at any place that serves breakfast.

Food was excellent! Cooked to order so it was served hot and fresh, as always. Waitress was friendly & pleasant. Service was prompt and of course, coffee was outstanding!

The staff was on it, they were busy but they had everything going like a well organized restaurant should...I was morally impressed and satisfied with my food.

Had to wait a little while because of shift change but once the switch up service was great and food come out fast. Food was very good

Amazing employees, everyone was high energy and did an A+ job! Other restaurants need to come watch these guys work, would make them much better people and employees. Food was great also!

It was my first time at a Waffle House and as a vegetarian you can really get your stomach full by the end of your breakfast. Would be nice to have some fresh fruits on the table but you know it is still a Waffle House.
