I love this place! The food is delicious. The portions are enormous; the servers are nice and friendly, the prices are more than reasonable. It’s an all-around win. ☺️ The Texas Fajitas are delicious! The fajita quesadilla is huge and is super tasty, and the salsa is not one of those bland salsas; it’s full of flavor. 10/10 would recommend. 💃🏽

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this Tex-Mex place. I ordered the steak nachos, and they were completely wrong. Instead of being loaded with steak, cheese, and all the fixings, they were just a few chips with some shredded cheese on top. I sent them back, and the new ones were a little better, but they were still not what I was expecting. The steak tacos were also not very good. The steak was tough and dry, and the tortillas were hard and stale. The toppings were bland, and the salsa was water. I’ve had the steak and grilled chicken tacos from here too and they were passable. I was just hoping for something better man. And it was really expensive.

The food and the service was great, but the way Sergio “the manager” talks to the waiters is just trash. I have friends that are secret shoppers and I am sure they would love to come by and do something about it. It looks really bad and makes me wonder if the rest of the management is the same way… I hope someone takes action soon. People shouldn’t be treated like that, I bet they can not keep staff

So I’ll start by saying that this was one of my favorite restaurants food is good, prices ok and the service is usually good. That being said the management of this establishment should pay attention and you the public too. This is a case of one bad grapes can spoil the whole bunch. On the afternoon of March 22nd 2022 approximately 3:00pm, my wife and I had to cut our lunch date short due to a very disrespectful employee named 36 Jose. We started our meal as we normally do with our favorite appetizer, the steak nachos and mango agua. We normally order only one because we enjoy sharing and because we aren't able to eat two portions. 1. First observation Mr. Jose snobbed at us and walked away after we placed our order. 2. After specifically ordering only one drink (in both Spanish and English.) He brought 2 glasses. When we tried to get his attention several times he kept avoiding us until we had to ask another waitress for help. She helped us with a smile. 3. Finally after getting him to take back the drink he started to continually interrupt us trying to explain that this drink doesn't have refills. After saying that is not our experience here. He came back again saying that it will cost $1 per refill. 4. When he brought the appetizer he continued to interrupt us saying that we should ask for specific servers because some people give free favors and he is not one of them. At this point in time we started to feel as if we were asking for our meal free. Then we both couldn't continue enjoying our meal and decided to abort or meal here pay for what we had and leave. Photo shows the amount paid, the server's name, the restaurant's name,

Quite good food, I got the sopas, which I had never had before. They were quite good, yet the consistency of the bread was inconsistent. Still very good. I would go to this Mexican restaurant again. This restraint I went to when we were in Nashville to see the Dan. I saw Michael McDonald on a wall. The food was quite good. I recommend this place to others. The food was quite the same thing I had never seen. Thank you

3/29/22 Updated review with some extra pictures, but the earlier review remains true that it's very good Mexican food (but just a little too heavy on the cilantro in the salsa...I hate the taste of cilantro). Very good Mexican food. They have terrific salsa, and very friendly staff. The food was delicious, and the portions generous.

Love this staff and their service! They are so kind and work so hard to make your experience great! I had screwed up our order and we were in a bind, they made our large Togo order happen "faster than Taco Bell" :) great customer service and of course the food is fantastic!

I wish I would have taken pictures of our food! It really was some of the best Mexican food we've had in quite some time. We were visiting Franklin for just a couple of days and we chose to eat at this place on our way out of town, heading back home (4.5 hrs away). My daughter had requested her food to go as she joined us about 30 min after we had ordered. Hindsight, we should have inspected it before we left. She was so upset to discover the tortillas on her quesadilla were soggy (literally dripping) and the worst part was she found a hair in her food. We were already to the freeway so returning wasn't an option, unfortunately. I'm sure if given the opportunity they would have made it right, we just didn't have the time to wait. After all was said and done, we would return again if we given the opportunity, as I stated in the beginning, it was some of the best Mexican food we've had in a LONG TIME!

My family and I LOVE Pueblo! It is our favorite Mexican restaurant because the food is always amazing and so is the service. They have amazing queso and margaritas (I recommend the frozen lime margarita), and I’ve never had anything bad here. Highly highly recommend if you’re in Franklin! However, they do get busy for dinner, so go early!

A traveling dinner stop based off of reviews near the hotel. The food was tasty. I always get chicken chimichanga's everywhere I go. I would rate the flavor 5 ⭐. The Salsa was probably a best I've had in a long time. The house Margarita was actually not too bad. The service wasn't so great. They sat us at a table right in the walk way from the kitchen, but there were 4 other empty tables near us. So it was stressful sitting there. Then the server took our order and brought it but after that we never saw her again... Well actually as we were leaving we saw her sitting at a table eating. Over all 4 ⭐

I had shrimp fajitas that were delicious and to much for me to eat. Lol I needed a to go box…again. I also had the flight margaritas (guava (tad bitter), passion fruit (little tart), strawberry (sweet) and watermelon (amazingly delicious)!! Also had 1 large guava on the rocks that was sweetened up a little which made it really good. The service was great from the bartenders, we watched some college football but overall the atmosphere was great.

Atmosphere and service were fine. Salsa and chips were very good and veggie toppings fresh. Tacos were near flavorless and sauces disappointingly bland. Nice size piece of fish but, worst fish taco I have ever tasted. Southern taco had good texture, was crispy but didn't overcome the lack of seasoning. Nice table presentation. Fajitas were a little bit better, they had a slight grilled flavor but with no depth of caramelization, very few onions and peppers left a skillet that looked more like a sad philly cheese... but without the cheese! This used to be our favorite mexican food.. it wasn't worth the 40min drive time. Response to owners. Our entire table agreed the food was not up to standard the meat wasn't as fresh as normal and entrees were not well seasoned and lacked grilled sear/flavor. We did enjoy our visit because we had a good group with us. We didn't mention the negative food taste while in your restaurant because that would have spoiled our mood for the entire night. We suggest you do a surprise quality of food check and find out who is off recipe in the kitchen.

I enjoyed my lunch here the other day. I really liked the shredded beef and shredded chicken tacos BUT the crispy shells need an upgrade. The crispy tacos would be 5 stars if they made the crispy shells from scratch with corn tortillas. The hard shells I received were like what you buy at the grocery store. Chips and salsa were really really good (it had wonderful flavor, great amount of cilantro, and was not too spicy) and I loved the rice and beans! I’d definitely return but I’d probably order the fajitas this time. My dad ordered the chimichanga and said it was just okay but the filling was great. He said, usually chimichangas have cheese and stuff on top and this was just a small fried burrito. It definitely didn’t look like what he’s used to. He really liked the queso that came on the side of it. Atmosphere was great and the server we had was very attentive and very nice.

Food was delicious as always! Service was very slow. We had to flag our server down multiple times and ask another server for chips when our server never came back after we asked her for more. By the time we got them our cheese dip was cold. They were not very busy when we dined in either. Also the past two times we have came we have had the same server and she has been nice but she will only speak to me and my spouse in Spanish. I speak a little Spanish as I am part Hispanic but my spouse is Caucasian and doesn’t speak any Spanish. She basically would only acknowledge me and try to only speak to me in Spanish and not acknowledge him. We will return in the future though! Great margaritas!

Excellent Mexican restaurant overall. The wait area is small but they text you while you wait in your car. The key for me is the sauce and they delivered. All the other Mexican restaurants we’ve eaten at in Tennessee have terrible sauce which ruins the whole experience. I had enchiladas beef and cheese which were both good and great rice. I had a Mango ice tea and it was the best fruit ice tea I’ve ever had. My wife had beef and chicken taquitos and they were delicious. We drove all the way from Gallatin and we will definitely go back.

We wandered into this restaurant one cold, windy night after a competition. The ambiance as you walk in is very nice. The only thing I’d say is the waiting area is so small that we were on top of each other. There were 3 parties waiting and the wait time was about 30 minutes. It wasn’t as if all the tables were full because they could have joined tables together sooner to seat the customers. It just took some time to coordinate everything. The food was very flavorful. Service was ok.

Pretty good Mexican food considering it's in Tennessee. Chile relleno was decent, it had a large chile. Most of the beef is ground, but you can get carne asada if you ask. The asada was really good and they even brought out a better salsa than they serve with the chips. Their refried beans are very good. This place is worth a visit, and if you want something a little more authentic, ask your server.

Amazing place. Great spot to relax and have a margarita. The margaritas here are AWESOME. Not to mention the staff and the costumer service. INCREDIBLE. Food awesome as always. Tremendously recommend having shrimp here. So fresh and tasty. Mexican restaurant experience improved by a hundred. ♥️

A wonderful meal, so perfect, that I scarfed it to fast to photograph. Taco salad was fantastic. Chicken was juicy and full of flavor. Kids enchilada plate was perfect portion for my 12 yr old. John was the most wonderful server, engaging and helpful to my elder companions; very attentive and patient. Thank you!
