The food was the best. Loved everything from the salsa and chips brought to the table shortly after sitting down to the excellent service we received from our attentive waitress. No complaints.

Service is good and same with the decor. Just wish the food was more authentic and little higher quality ingredients. The chicken needs to be cooked properly well seasoned in a broth because when I got the nachos with chicken it tasted like it was cooked in water with salt, paprika, and a hint of onion powder.

Absolutely horrible service. Took forever to get anyone to even order at the bar!!!!! The White Wine was not even chilled. Didn’t drink it. Point to and Ordered a menu item that stated chicken, steak and shrimp. Waiter said no it’s only one!! Got the manager and he said no it’s all 3. Of course it still came out wrong. Got the manager again and althou he had it corrected…. rather than saying the appropriate response like…. sorry about that because the whole experience was terrible he states just as nasty as he could in my face “Everyone makes mistakes mame”. So Rude!!! From the minute we sat down nothing was right. Ordered hot salsa. Waitress didn’t understand English so she just walks away and never comes back!!! To many places to go for Mexican without horrible service and a nasty manager.

Obviously Thursday Trivia night is a success for the restaurant. However, it took the server over 15 min to notice us, and then another 25 to come back to our table for me to remind him that I ordered a Margarita (the bar wasn't busy). By the time we got our meals they were cold. Server issue? I don't know. Our meals were not very favorable either.

At this time of the day, the restaurant is not busy. I love that. The food is delicious. Price is good. I had the shrimp chimichanga. He had shrimp and chicken nachos and three chicken tacos from the a la carte menu. Friendly staff and good service. I had the chili poblanos. Tasty vegetarian dish, though I am not a vegetarian. Just wanted to try something new. And as hot and dry as it is, this meal was lighter than what I normally order. Again, forgot to take pictures. As far as I'm concerned, the best queso dip in Franklin.

Big, clean and bright dining area and pretty good service. Had Chile Colorado with beans, rice and flour tortillas and it was good but on the verge of being too salty. Portion size was decent and sides were, again, good but nothing spectacular. Here’s the breakdown: Decent food +1 star; good service +1 star; bright and clean +1 star. I’ll go again to see if salt issue was a one time thing.

Authentic Mexican food and atmosphere. The food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was like being in Mexico City. Would definitely go back for more. If your in this area and want Mexican food than this is your go to spot. Go check em out!

We enjoy Nachos very much. Occasionally we will go to trivia night as a family. My wife and I get carryout more often than dining in. Either way it is always great!

Excellent food! Service was a little slow but they were very busy. Atmosphere was a little loud but that was due to a couple tables with rowdy children....I guess that can't be helped :) But overall, EXCELLENT!

Nachos is my favorite restaurant!! They have the BEST "Nachos Margaritas! Their menu is full of delicious choices. The staff is wonderful!! The owners are always there and treat their customer's like gold!! They deserve 10 STARS!!! PS. On trivia nights lots of people arrive at once. The servers are like sprinters trying to get everyone served quickly. So, have some patience those nights. Enjoy the chips and salsa and trivia fun while waiting for your food. :)

Food is ok Cleanes from 1 to 10 to me it's a 6 Friendliness it's a 6 due to long faces, all most every body including management Location is great Price $$ Over all it's ok for once in a great while

Good food with a large quantity for price. They have trivia on Tuesdays and Thursdays which we didn’t know before arriving- but loved the energetic atmosphere!!

Very nice clean place. First time here. Coworker recommended. Gave large portions. Chips and salsa was great. Server was awesome. Will be back and bring friends with us!

Very comfortable and clean restaurant with friendly and accommodating wait staff. A bean and queso dip was suggested with the nachos which was fantastic. I had steak fajitas, wife had chicken fajitas, and kid had ACP; all the food was perfect and delicious. Will be back again soon.

I really liked it. I got their shrimp, beef, chicken, and chorizo fajitas and holy cow was it big! But it was very flavorful and the tortillas are good. Chips and salsa is average

The enchiladas were amazing. The chips were fresh and hot...so good. The restaurant is clean and our server was very nice. I would go back again. AMAZING

2 stars for nice ambiance. Horrible tacos..shells are from the grocery store and ground beef. Very bad. Very bland

Great food, especially the nachos. Doing trivia here is a blast. Been coming here since 2011 and it's always been fantastic!

We are visiting Tennessee and decided to try Mexican food. Having lived in Texas and in Mexico, we were not expecting anything special. What a surprise! The food was great and we will be visiting again before we go home.
