Front-desk
service
our
particular
night
(8/26/23)
was
horrible.
Hoping
it
was
a
one-off
situation.
My
S.O.
visited
earlier
in
the
day
to
ask
about
checking
early,
and
our
room
wasn’t
ready,
which
was
totally
fine,
since
we
didn’t
expect
that
it
would
be.
Upon
his
visit,
he
was
asked
for
his
credit
card
and
provided
our
information,
and
asked
if
our
belongings
could
be
stored,
which
they
were.
However,
when
we
arrived
later
to
officially
check
in,
we
were
treated
as
if
we
were
a
massive
inconvenience
to
the
staff,
after
explaining
that
we
already
provided
a
credit
card,
and
also
that
we
had
stored
belongings.
When
we
asked
about
retrieving
our
bags,
the
staff
rudely
told
us
there
were
no
bags
in
storage.
When
asked
again,
they
said
there
were
no
bags,
only
backpacks.
Those
were
our
backpacks,
which
we
“mistakenly”
referred
to
as
bags.
The
staff
continued
to
act
annoyed
with
us,
as
we
tried
to
sort
out
the
check-in
and
credit
card
situation.
Shocked
that
I
paid
close
to
$300
for
one
night
for
a
mediocre
accommodation
with
staff
that
either
hate
their
jobs,
or
had
some
unjustified
gripe
with
us.
