Nice, clean facility with plenty of parking. Nearby to major highway arteries. Wi-Fi didn't work well... had to get "bypass code" from the Front Desk & signal wasn't very good.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here! The bed was very comfortable. The hotel smells nice and is very well taken care of. The area is safe and has a lot of great places to eat nearby! The shower gets nice and hot with good water pressure. They have breakfast at 6am. Would definitely stay again! I loved the egg white frittata!

Nice little hotel off the highway. Good breakfast with coffee all day. Room was clean and setting is wooded.

This Hampton Inn is a little run down along with the bedding and bath towels being quite worn. We stayed in the largest room which was comfortable, and housekeeping had it very clean. The Lobby and Eating Area were very clean and neat. The location is fairly convenient if Franklin/Norfolk is where you are visiting. The Front Desk Staff were amazingly friendly, courteous and helpful. So as far as service is concerned there is nothing negative to say. One big negative was the Hilton Honors digital key system was not working for the three days we were there.

Leah and Kyle are outstanding ambassadors for Hampton Inn! Leah assured me of anything we could need prior to our visit. Kyle welcomed us with joy and kept on giving - fresh baked cookies and lots of positive LOVE!

Stayed here for a show at Xfinity Center, only 20 mins away. Right off the highway, close to a Dunkin and gas station. Didn't explore the immediate area. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and breakfast had many options. Would stay here again!

Hotel is outdated, old musty smell, beds are old and squeaky to the point where it woke up everyone in the room if one person turns in the middle of the night. No air conditioning in the hallways or in the elevator. Every time you take an elevator ride, you need a shower afterwards. Would have given it a big fat zero if it wasn’t for how nice the staff was. Wouldn’t recommend staying there especially for the price our group paid per night. Should have cost half if that.

I recently stayed at this property for five nights. The property was clean, a generally central location (I had plans in the greater Boston area, as well as Newport, RI and other surrounding areas) for a good price. Prior to booking, I saw several reviews that commented on smells and uncomfortable beds, but I didn't experience any issues. I would stay at this location in the future.

Location convenient. Actual room ok. Front-desk service our particular night (8/26/23) was horrible. Hoping it was a one-off situation. My S.O. visited earlier in the day to ask about checking early, and our room wasn’t ready, which was totally fine, since we didn’t expect that it would be. Upon his visit, he was asked for his credit card and provided our information, and asked if our belongings could be stored, which they were. However, when we arrived later to officially check in, we were treated as if we were a massive inconvenience to the staff, after explaining that we already provided a credit card, and also that we had stored belongings. When we asked about retrieving our bags, the staff rudely told us there were no bags in storage. When asked again, they said there were no bags, only backpacks. Those were our backpacks, which we “mistakenly” referred to as bags. The staff continued to act annoyed with us, as we tried to sort out the check-in and credit card situation. Shocked that I paid close to $300 for one night for a mediocre accommodation with staff that either hate their jobs, or had some unjustified gripe with us.

Super conveniently located off the highway, the hotel is easy in easy out to get back on the road. The rooms are well maintained, and quiet. Was a perfect place to get some sleep at the end of a very long day. Breakfast thru 10 is convenient for those who have to sleep in a bit late to try and get enough sleep.

Check in went smooth and the front desk agents were very pleasant. It is very welcoming and clean up on entering. The room was a really good size and also very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and so wasn't the check out process. The person at the desk that morning was less than pleasant and didn't want to engage at all. I had to ask for a receipt and still no interaction. Once receipt was print I got here's your receipt. I said thank you and still nothing more until I gave her a look that said where are your manners and she finally said your welcome, have a nice day as a mutter. I have been a front desk manager at a resort in Stowe and this behavior wouldn't have ever flown with me. I thank the agents were very friendly upon check in and the employee we met in the elevator for being so pleasant.

The mattress were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast and staff were awesome, tho.

Made reservation from road. Massive Hampton Inn sign does not light at night which should have been a sign that a manager is not managing. Lights in back parking light not working and, as hotel is located next to woods, means it is not entirely safe for a woman, traveling alone, at night, in the 2022 world we live in. Room clean but in dated disrepair. My hubby travels a lot for work and had a list of grievances about this hotel, as compared to other Hamptons, but I will leave it at safety features as they are more important to me than aesthetics. Hotel employees were all very friendly and professional. These are items beyond their control. Not trying to complain but $160 should should translate into a certain level of dignity.

Stayed here last night after a concert. Was very pleased! The whole place was very clean, smelled good and the workers were so pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing. The staff was outstanding. Breakfast was good. Betty the manager was awesome. We went to celebrate my son's birthday and they decorated his room. It will be a memory that he will never forget. Thank you Betty and Staff ❤️

I have noticed in the other reviews about the beds being comfortable were years old. Today, my room had a hard bed with springs that stab you in the spine. Maybe the beds were comfortable at one time, but not anymore. I travel 50% of the year and this was the first time I ever felt the need to write a review. If you need a good night's sleep...it will not happen in these beds. I asked for a different room, same issue with the bed.

Hard beds with springs that stab you in the spine. Very old mattress and barely there foam pillows. Old/dingy curtains, walls scuffed, blankets need to be washed, bathrooms rusty. Musty smelling rooms. No laundry room. Customer service was the bare minimum. Very dated and uncomfortable rooms that are small. The room is also very dusty.

Everything is very clean. Rooms are well maintained. Michelle does a great job keeping up with the breakfast food. Always fresh and plenty to eat. The staff is very friendly.

This location is decent but not partially close to things. The rooms are clean, though USBs and outlets are space. The service is friendly. They have a pool, meeting rooms, a small business area with two computers and a fitness room. The breakfast was slim choices, which was a little disappointing. There us also only one elevator.

We were at a hockey tournament with my son and it was very convenient. Not far from all rinks. Great service. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast options. Nice hotel. Great experience

Room was clean. We booked a wedding block for our wedding. There were constant issues with guests being able to book- often being told the block was full when it wasn’t or that it didn’t exist. day of check in many people continued to have issues. Front desk didn’t offer gift bags and complained to guests when they asked for one. Overall not great but was fine.

I have traveled a lot and stayed at a lot of hotels and this was first rate. The hospitality,the rooms, the food and the Personnel was Top Notch. A special shout out to the ladies who ran the breakfast buffet they were very helpful and conscientious. Thank you to all as it was a home away from home over the Labor Day weekend.
